The product itself is I’d say a 7. The directions are just ok but the mounting hardware is terrible and you’re own your own to figure it out perfectly. If it’s not perfect, it’s difficult to make it work. The directions are ok, but it’s unacceptable to NOT have directions on how to install the holding tray.Mine came damaged as you can tell from the pics. So, they’re good enough to do a swap out, so, I’ll update this review when I get the new one.

The frame is separating from the steel board, which is causing this to come off the wall. This is downright DANGEROUS! I've only had this 10 months. Also, the white coating is bubbling in several places. Amazon won't help me because I'm outside the 30 day return window. They kept me on the phone for 40 minutes shuffling me to different people, just to tell me they won't do anything. They told me to google search the manufacturer. Thanks for nothing, Amazon. U Brands website says I have to pay shipping to return it!? This is a 4 foot by 8 foot board. That would be a ridiculous cost.DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

I received the board today and I like it with a few exceptions: First the mounting method is pretty lame, two plastic wall hooks and four nails. It hangs OK but when you write on it the whole thing moves. I will find some way to secure the bottom corners to fix this but for this price i shouldn't have to find my own solution. Secondly the bezel was scuffed in multiple places due to not being properly protected for shipping. It should have a protective plastic wrap to prevent this and I'm surprised the manufacturer expected this to arrive without damage since they just stuck the white board in a box with protective cardboard corners and nothing else. If it had arrived unscuffed I would say it had a great finish quality.

Love the size. The surface finish was exceptional.But...They bound the box to tightly it warped the aluminum frame. The board was warped. The frame corner became undone. The hardware has to be installed measured and installed professionally. The hardware felt less than minimal. The aluminum hardware that the board hangs on will bend, flimsy.Solution? Had to glue a wood bracket to the board to make it hangable

Our school purchased 2 of these in August 2020. Both of these have multiple places in the skin where they have bubbled. One of the boards warped enough that it pulled itself out of the mounting brackets.We were very disappointed in trying to work with the manufacturer. Initially, they stated they would be more than happy to work with us and said just contact Amazon for a replacement. Made it sound really easy. Of course, Amazon, rightfully so, stated we were beyond the return date. Would not purchase from them again and definitely not recommend a purchase of this board.

Does not clean well, packaging was bad, received to damaged ones and I fixed the second one myself this is a huge item to deal with repacking and returning

Reasonable board for the money but if you are looking for a durable, flat surface, this is probably not for you. Looking across face of board you will find waviness. The packaging leaves the boards susceptible to damage during shipping.

This is a good quality magnetic white board. We use this everyday, and haven't had any issues with ghosting at all.The marker holder doesn't sit very well, but we just mounted it on the TOP of the board instead of on the bottom, and it gets the support it needs to hold markers and erasers, without falling off.Adding a few pieces of 3M two-sided tape helped to keep the board secure on the wall so that it doesn't shake when using.But these are minor things that we added on. Overall, the board itself is very good, not heavy at all, and great for frequent use!
