I don't flush it but it is recyclable.

Yes- color and size differences- multipack box also has dividers.

Q: Does these have all the toxic material in them like Kotex?

No, I am not aware in anything toxic in these tampons. However, it sounds like someone like you would prefer something organic and cotton.
