2nd Bottle worked well - great customer support
Review Update - The company reached out to me after reading my review offering to help, they provided me with support and advice, even replacing the bottle of Easihold that i had received. I resprayed the path again according to the instructions and this time all appears well! The gravel has held much better on this occasion, whilst some areas are still a little loose underfoot the majority of the path is now rock solid. I will leave a few more days and re-spray the loose under foot sections. As a result i am much happier with the finished result - time will tell how long it lasts, however you can not fault the customer care from this company, they were quick and responsive offering solutions and support. 5 star service! We have a small gravel path that leads from our decking to the rear of the garden, inlayed with 600x600 slabs. I was fed up with the gravel being kicked around and ending up on the slab path so i looked for solutions. I ordered this product as it looked like it could solve my problem! You get a decent 5l bottle of what i would describe as watered down PVA glue. I followed the instructions to the letter, a liberal spraying, rake, spray again, leave 36hrs and spray again. Initially i was very pleased with the result, the stones seemed to bond well - however around 6 days later we had rain... and this seemed to destroy the bond between the stones - the majority of my path is now loose again! My stones are all under 20mm and the depth is within the range of application. Surely a bit of rain shouldn't destroy the bond?!

Great product, but awkward lid
The actual product is great and worked well on stone gravel when you follow the instructions, but loses a star for how difficult it was to open. I really struggled to open it and hurt my hand. I obviously lack the strength! The lid is in a dip near the handle and I found it painful to open. I ended up stabbing the plastic and pouring the product into my own sprayer.

Vuba Easihold – Keeps Decorative Stones in Place and Out of the Pool
This has been a great product for solving a very specific but persistent problem in our garden. My autistic daughter loves throwing stones into the pool, and it was getting tricky to manage. I needed a solution that would keep the stones where they belonged without turning the area into a concrete slab, and Easihold has delivered. It’s incredibly easy to apply. I used it on stones that are technically larger than the manufacturer recommends, but after a couple of coats and some pressure with the foot as I went, they’re now held firmly in place. The trick is to tamp them down as you apply, to make sure they bond well with the product. It’s not messy, it dries fairly quickly depending on the weather, and it doesn’t leave a noticeable sheen or change the colour of the stones much. This means it works well aesthetically too. Highly recommended if you're looking for an easy way to stabilise loose stones, especially in areas where kids might be tempted to throw or move them around.

Good with Three Coats
If you’re reading a negative review from anyone saying that this didn’t work with two coats, ignore it as it’s a three coat system! It clearly says that in the manual. The key is three coats. The first after you’ve cleaned all your stones and they dry, the second after your raked them about a bit, the third after you’ve flattened them all back down; I used the back end of a rake. It gives the stones a bit of a wet look, so consider that if you prefer the dry look of your stones. The price is a bit much, for what it’s, in my opinion, £20 would be more reasonable and probably make it more popular. Use a pump strayer with a nozzle that’s on a hose, so you can get close to the side of patio slabs without coating them. Then leave it to dry for a day or two. It doesn’t set like concrete, so don’t expect it to hold up long if it’s somewhere where people walk all the time or play however, generally it seems good in lower traffic areas and if like us you have gravel that surrounds spaced out slabs that always got kicked about, this helps prevent it.

Good but very expensive
Why did you choose this product over others?: Good product but only giving it three stars as it is very expensive. It has a similar consistency to milk so it is a must to use a fine sprayer pressure bottle and to apply it in warm weather (summer time). Otherwise, you will spend a massive amount. With the sprayer a single coat (1 x 5L bottle) covered 3mx3m= 9m2. You will need three coats. I applied it initially in colder weather and it did not work. For 9m2 I have used in total 7 bottles, although with 3 bottles it could do if applied in summer and with a sprayer. I have tried to replicate the product cheaper using SBR bond 5L bottle mixed 1/1 with water and I got acceptable results, but not as solid. However, that was much cheaper. I am a bit concerned that there is not a chemical composition of the product in the bottle. How can we be sure it is safe to use long term as it is possible to breath some in while spraying it? We will see how it last through the seasons.

Good stuff
This is fairly easy to apply, either by spraying or by mixing. It goes a long way and hold stones together quite well. Found it very useful to stop our dogs kicking stones everywhere when they are dashing around. Dries pretty quickly. I think it is good value

Good product
Followed the instructions to the letter but there are still a few loose stones, otherwise good.

Not simple to apply (updated review not fit for purpose)
I will update this in time, but based on applying this today I have given 3 stars. I applied using a sprayer normal garden pressure sprayer which was described in the advert as acceptable to use, this was a pain the sprayer would last around 10 seconds before having to be striped down to clear the blocked filter throughout use a plastic type substance blocks the filter from within the liquid so a 8 square meter area took close to an hour to do. The suggested coverage was about half stated which was really annoying as 1 tub should have been enough to give the area 2 coats but no, as the sprayer has no flow control the 5 litres only covered around 8 Square meters I will up date once dry to see how effective it is Now its been down for a day you can see the difference in colour many asked if it's a wet look which it isn't but it definitely changes the colour, the first picture is treated gravel the second is the dry natural colour much lighter than the treated Update 6 days after being applied, absolute garbage, the area treated as per manufacturers directions has been left untouched for 6 days plenty more than the 48 hours directed, the weather has been warm and dry with one rain shower on day 5, day 6 my twin girls aged 17 months were playing in the garden and on occasion ventured onto the gravel to retrieve balls, the 4 close pictures shows what this has done, all the lighter areas are where the bond has broken and reverted back to loose gravel. It clearly states not suitable for vehicle traffic or regular heavy duty traffic, 2 toddlers on the first day of use hardly constitutes this, this should clearly state decorative purpose only, not fit for purpose.
