Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Liquid Foundation, 30 ml, Rich Caramel

I disagree with some of previous the negative views, I love this foundation. I am 67 yrs old with a slightly oily skin and find this foundation perfect for me. It gives a good even colour and is long lasting, alright it does have an unusual smell but this soon disappears . I love the fact that it doesn't contain handful chemicals

Covers alot, it is abit runny though and lighter than I though, but feels nice on my skin and dries nicely. My other foundation always felt oily or wet. Took one star off as it doesn't sit well with my powder so have to get a new powder now.

I do not usually write reviews however in this case i felt obliged to.This foundation is absolutely amazing, it feels lovely on my skin, i suffer with slightly problematic skin and have found that certain make up products can irritate and cause inflammation. then my go to for this was to cover it up using the one and only estee lauder double wear, which just covered the issue but just made my skin worse.Since deciding to change all my make up products to natural products i have notice a huge change, this foundation leaves my skin feeling soft and glowing when i remove it. it also has excellent coverage that stays all day and very rarely do i use any powder or concealer.anyone that has problematic skin and wants it to feel amazing under make up, i cannot recommend this highly enough, finally after years i have found a natural covering product that looks subtle and amazing!

First off the scent of the product was awful , a bit like my dads socks ( seriously!) it’s quite thick and gives you a mask like appearance on your skin , perfect if that’s what your after but not for me , I was very aware of the foundation on my face all day . Felt almost like a face mask , I ordered porcelain as I’m fair but it made me look like a corpse and the other products didn’t blend well with it .

I am gonna give it three, it is probably a decent foundation but I have very dry skin and it settled into my pores and clung to dry patches. Not for me.

Too pale, I look like a ghost with that. Also, too watery, runny and doesn't stay for long.

Can’t say enough good things. I have really sensitive skin, so so it’s and rashes are a big problem. I recently swapped to all natural makeup and it’s really helped my skin tremendously. But even when my skin is not the best this foundation has good coverage to the point where concealer isn’t needed. It stays all day, feels light on the skin and in my opinion gives you a glow, but not because it has a shimmer ( it doesn’t have one) just makes your skin look glow-y. Love love love this

Smells a bit when you open the bottle. Colour matches well for a guess. Can't feel it on my skin, very lightweight and after several hours I forget I'm wearing it! Very natural looking, makes my skin look brighter.. Great product.. Just don't like the smell.. (smell goes away once its on your skin)

Like some other reviewers, I got a little sample in a magazine - it was way to dark but such a nice texture I couldn't resist buying in my shade (ivory) and its a great match. Normally I wear porcelain foundation but ivory was a better fit. I find that it gives a really nice 'second skin' affect and has surprisingly good coverage. Its best to apply with finger tips kind of like Mac F+B and this way you can really smooth it and pat/press it into pores so its sits very smoothly. I wonder if the people giving it negative reviews are using too much or using a brush to apply because it's not cakey on me at all. A really thin layer is best! I love the texture and the range of shades. I actually bought the sample from the magazine (natural beige), to use as a subtle contour because its such a nice shade. There is a slight scent that's a bit weird but I don't mind it at all. A touch expensive for drugstore brand I think. Tons in the bottle would repurchase.

I am so glad I tried this foundation because it is now my favorite. Very good and long lasting coverage in my opinion. It doesn't dry out your skin, feels very moisturizing. No harsh chemicals, which is what I was looking for and the price is excellent. It's a little hard to pick the correct shade if you go by the pictures. This particular one is for people with fair skin ( which is me ) but with warm or yellow undertones. I wasn't sure when I ordered this which undertones I had, but now that I read a chart about undertones, I think I am more in the cool range. It does work for me though but my next shade I order I will try one for fair skin with cool undertones. I will definetly buy Burts Bees foundation again. UPDATE: While I'm not a makeup expert or artist , I read a review or two that people said they didn't like this foundation because it goes on cakey, and some said that it melts and runs in the heat of summer. What works for me is using this sparingly. One drop at a time because it blends really well and a little goes a long ways and I use a makeup sponge to apply it. In the summer time if I use it, I put it over top of a primer which seems to make it last and not " melt ". I've been using Burts Bees foundation now for 3 years or more and I really like it. It doesn't have all of those " other ingredients " that you don't want absorbing into your skin, which was my main concern and why I tried this brand. Now I'm really glad I did. I recommend Burts Bees foundation and I will continue to buy it.

I’ve bought almost the entire Burt’s Bees makeup collection and this is by far the worst item. The foundation just SITS on your face, like a watery layer of paint that will wash/wipe away at the slightest swipe. There’s also an rancid/sour smell to it when exposed to air that disappears quickly but is still off putting. Coverage is medium to full, but like I said it just *sits* on your face so coverage doesn’t last long. There isn’t anything about this that’s worth complimenting
