I'm a healthy 30-year-old woman who, unfortunately, sweats a lot in social settings. It's embarrassing, but I've learned how to dress when I expect to sweat a lot. The big problem is I have some nice winter coats and leather jackets that can only be dry cleaned and, in stressful situations, they would need to be cleaned after only one wear. This isn't practical, so I bought these shields. I wore them 8+ hours yesterday and they worked pretty well. I wore them on a fitted t-shirt under a nice sweater and they were a little stiff at first, but you get used to the feeling and it's better than worrying about sweat stains being visible or getting your dry-clean-only clothes dirty. The shields stayed in place very well all day and kept my sweater clean and dry. They do show up under fitted t-shirts, so don't expect to be able to wear them like that.

Didn't stay stuck to my silky-lined sports coats at all - came off when I took off my jacket - very embarassing.

They work! Saved me a ton on dry cleaning now that I need to dress up more for work. Will be repurchasing!

Pads are very thin, small, do not absorb much, got sweat stains anyway, and left adhesive residue on my clothes!I wanted to protect my suit/dress shirt from my nervous sweat on job interviews since I didn't have time to dry clean them between interviews. These did not do the job. They are too small to adequately protect the area where swear could go. I ended up just using a thin but large maxi pad that I cut into the right shape. Much cheaper and way more effective!

these don't stay in place very well, but for the price, I can carry along an extra pair and reattach in the middle of the day.

Women's Exclusive Disposable Dress Shields (12 Pair) #W-4903CSI thought this was a great idea but I had a little trouble with it. I made the mistake of applying it to my blouse after I had put on deodorantt and tried the blouse on and it did not stick well this way. The next time I tried it I put it on the blouse before trying it on and it stuck well. I think it works better if your blouse has a nice arm seam to fold it over. I tried it on a blouse that did not have the arm seam and placement was harder to know exactly where to put it. I think this could be very helpful for people that get stains from their deodorant,I received a discount on the purchase price of this product for my honest review.
