The product itself, (in the end) 5 stars. I’ve always had great luck with other Ovonics. Perhaps i just got that one in a million that was faulty. As this is a two pack, i was at least able to try one. The other had a dead cell and somehow all cells died after trying the revival trick. Im thoroughly satisfied with the battery that does work tho as well as the others i use. I use these ones for my Blade 150S helicopter and the added weight compared to a stock battery balanced it out nicely after adding some weight in accessories on the tail, not to mention a higher capacity over stock for an extra minute or two of flight. My problem lies in Ovonic’s customer service. After being requested to jump thru hoops and play 20 questions just to get a warranty replacement on $8 worth of battery, it was easier to just return them to Amazon as a faulty product and repurchase them with prime same day even. Both new batteries work perfectly! Their product didn't lose a customer, but i’m sure glad there’s an alternative to go thru Amazon if i ever have issues in the future cuz i def dont want to have to deal with their customer service. Its not that they’re rude, but just overkill and annoying for something so simple. It was dead straight out of the package. They can figure out why that happened, how should i know!? At what point does it even matter what application or what charger i use and what the temps are outside or inside or where i was storing them for the mere minutes i owned them!?!? (These are not even half the ridiculous questions i was asked when I clearly stated they were dead straight out the box 😑)

I like how these look. They fit my application, delivered quicker and slightly less priced, all pluses. I also like the balance connector shroud which helps in separating the connectors, long overdue. My heli has a compartment and will only fit up to that size. This battery fit my dimensions and one of like only 2. They're slightly longer and have the jst connector. I needed xt30, hence, (title above). I purchased adapter connectors and the batteries work like a champ. They run a little cooler than original and keep a slightly higher voltage probably due to length difference, like 4mm. I won't hesitate, if this size, voltage/mah and any type connector I need, to buy these again! There's a connector for that.. I recommend them.

I've have purchase a hand full of Ovonic batteries for some of my smaller RC planes. So far, these batteries are holding up well, provide plenty of power to the ESC and Motor and stay charged for quite a while if not used. I would definitively recommend these for small RC planes and drones.

Battery lead is a little longer than i would have hoped for but all in all a pretty good battery. Feels more like a 450mah pack. I get the same run time as a GnB 450mah 3s. I really cannot feel a difference from 35c to the 80c that GnB is so for what its worth if these are cheaper id choose these. They need an xt30 on them before shipping though. That crappy plug is going to melt with almost 13v charged.

Overall, this battery has incredible power functionality and run time. Ovonix has done an incredible job at packing this into a tight compact size. The weight of the battery is perfect and allows me to properly distribtue the weight over the axles for max traction.

I've been using this brand for some time now, a good long lasting battery. Wanted more juice for longer flight times than the recommended battery in the UMX Concendo. These just fit in the plane and don't require any balance adjustment. I recommend these batteries.

The OEM battery is a 2s 500 to 600mah lipo, however, being in the hobby, for over two decades and retired electronic technician from the military had the theory that this would be a suitable upgrade for all the components and give it the right amount of power for the motor, especially on takeoff and to fight the Wind during flight. Due to the wing set up once you're in the air unless you're fighting the winds use very little throttle, however during takeoff and brief moments when there's some Gusts The standard power source wasn't enough. After several test flights all successful did temperature readings and at no point did they exceeded the tolerance of the motor to overheat. I've used the brand in several other builds, including my drones, boats, and cars all have given great performance with no battery SAG or puffy appearance after several charges.
