Q: Has anyone used these in resin?

No I have not, we are using these inside lanterns. They are very bright and pretty.

Q: Can you cut the wire to make it shorter?

I cut one by mistake and the lights worked just fine

Q: Can these be poured into epoxy and still light up?

That’s what I’m going to use it for ! Absolutely no reason why this shouldn’t work. Metal wire specifically is used in epoxy resin all the time so it definitely would not get ruined. :)
