Bought for my granddaughter, she likes it

Bought as a Christmas present for my 13 year old niece, she loved it. Lovely box and fab products for someone who just started using makeup.

The eye shadow palette was ruined due to one of the dark colour blocks being broken and had mixed in and spoilt all the other colours. Meant to be a birthday present for my girlfriend but now a complete waste of time and money. Could ask for a refund but cant be bothered. My advise is don't take the risk purchasing this product and look elsewhere instead. Disappointing.

Received the eyeshadow broken. Package is not made for delivery by post its more to buy and pick from shop.

I was so looking forward to this arriving. It looked so good in the advert but despite lots of excellent packaging to keep it safe, the darkest eye shadow block in the set had clearly been broken before the set was put together, - in a metal tin, packed with lots of paper straw that would prevent it from rattling round in the tin, along with the lip crayon and mascara, because both lip crayon and mascara was also covered in black eyeshadow dust along with all the paler eyeshadow blocks that were all intact.I ended up filthy just opening the tin. It wasn’t acceptable especially for the price. It’s a shame because it could have been a very lovely makeup set but it was spoilt before it was ever sent to me.
