🍰 Bake It Till You Make It!
The Cheesecake Moat is a cheesecake pan that forms a protective moat around the cheesecake. It reduces cracks and sogginess throughout the cheesecake, helping to bake the most perfect cheesecake you could ever put in your mouth! The two separate sections allow water to give humidity to prevent burning or crisping, yet the water remains completely partitioned in a self-contained circular chamber. The end result is a mouthwatering, rich, creamy cheesecake, perfect from crust to center. Say no to the spring form pan and get a Cheesecake moat!

Pricey but worth it
Works exactly as designed and decent quality! A bit overpriced but after a few ruined cheesecakea due to leaking it's well worth it! We used to wrap aluminium foil around a cheesecake spring pan inside another large pan for water baths but no more! If you frequently bake cheesecake it's a no brainer and eliminates so much unnecessary risk.

This pan is perfect for baking the perfect cheesecake!
I make delicious cheesecakes quite often, and never knew a pan like this existed! (There was a link to it in a recipe I was reading!) I immediately ordered it, and I have been more than satisfied with the results!! Gone are the days of double wrapping the pan in heavy duty foil and trying to find a large enough water pan to hold my 9" and 10" cheesecake pans! I now use this cheesecake moat, simply put the pan inside, add enough water per the instructions, and my cheesecakes bake perfect, without a single crack on top!! (Using a water bath is the secret to your cheesecakes not cracking!) The price is reasonable, and I highly suggest having one if you often bake cheesecakes (or even if you bake them only occasionally!)

Excellent pan, well thought out product.
This is a great pan, whoever designed it Thank you! I used it the day after I got it, to bake a cheesecake in. Love the convenience of 1 pan with the ability to add water that does not touch the cheesecake pan. I still wrapped the springform pan with foil, but that was to keep butter from leaking out from my springform pan. Well worth the price to me.

Perfect design
Worked perfectly. I didn't realize the inner pan was connected to the outer pan. So it's one piece. Put your cheesecake in the inner pan, put it in the oven, then pour water in the outer pan. Foolproof.

Wasn't too pleased at how it did not to steam very well ...
Arrived quickly. Wasn't too pleased at how it did not to steam very well on my Japanese cheesecake as a regular waterbath, but will try again and see if it performs better. Maybe was due to my eerie. We will see

Amazing!
I just made my first cheesecake a week ago. I saw people complain about water getting in their cheesecakes from the water baths. So when I was looking for a springform pan this came us too. I got one because it's cool and so I don't have to worry about water in my cheesecakes. I would highly recommend it. I had 0 cracks in the top of my cake.

Thank goodness for this pan!
I make cheesecake for a restaurant and was looking for a way to bake it in a water bath without possible leaking of the spring form pan. I was diligent about wrapping it in foil that had no tears in addition to the Turkey roasting bag. I had seen on YouTube that some bakers used a larger round pan inside of a even larger pan. I looked high and low for pans that would accommodate my 10" cheesecake but was unsuccessful! Then I was reading a blog while trying a new banana cheesecake recipe and she mentioned the moat. This weekend was my first attempt of using it and all I can say is thank GOD for this pan! Sold out of cheesecake as usual and my customers are still telling me that my cheesecake is the best they have ever had!On a second note, I was informed by a friend that when I'm gone and my family inherits my belongings, no one will know what this pan is for. So to prevent it from becoming someone's nut and bolt catchall, I am engraving the bottom.

Great idea, not well executed.
The moat for the water isn't big enough, water boiled over in oven and eventually evaporated, cheese cake was cracked and dry. Bigger moat and smaller inner-pan would fix the issue. Good idea, not well executed.
