200 mg co-Q10 capsules, 240 count. These capsules were securely packaged and the bottle has a flip-top cap (but can also be unscrewed). The capsules are easy to swallow and the price for the number of capsules is very good - as I saw several other brands with fewer capsules with the same mg, for much higher prices. I also trust this brand - they've been around for quite awhile.

There are lots of companies selling this supplement but Puritan's pride seems to be one of the better ones. There are a few others of better quality with less additives and more pure but those are too pricey. This was prescribed for heart health for me but I've also read where those people who suffer migraines might benefit but as I don't suffer with those I can't confirm. Might be worth adding this if it helps migraines as I know family members who suffer with these and they are brutal. Back to this product and my usage, I see no specific effects but as I take a statin the goal is to replace what the statin removes and as we get older we produce less of this enzyme according to the supplement info and my doctor.....I have to take their word for it....but no ill effects or side effects or allergies for me so it's an easy one to add to my morning routine. I've been taking this for several months and so far no complaints.
