Bionicle Chronicles Collection

We've only read the first book of this collection. My 5yo son enjoys putting together the LEGO Bionicles and this book is pretty interesting for him as well. 8yo daughter is not too fond of creating the figures but she enjoyed listening to the book, even more than my son. They are both scared of the Bionicle movies, after watching the Mask of Light so in a way this book is better for them. It's probably good for their imagination. They watched Empire Strikes Back and were terrified of Darth Vader. I should start by reading the book first. I enjoy the Sci-fi stories and thought these Bionicles and Star Wars are good to start with. If the parent enjoys the stories, then his excitement will carry on the the child. The main criticism I have on these Bionicle books is the lack of pictures. My son receives the LEGO comics and those are filled with pics so he gets excited looking at the details. The book is all imagination so it is more challenging to get his attention.

Decent quality for such an old book

Yo this book is rad, I loved it as a kid and the first one holds up pretty well.

Our Grandson is loving the Bionicle stories! I only wish the book had more pictures to go along with the stories.
