Love this stuff
The taste is great. I mix mine with my fruit punch pre workout and I sweat like never before. I then drink it later in the day to flush out any excess water that I may be retaining. I definitely see a difference!

Awesome product ! Got rid of a lot of excess water. Saw a difference within a couple days. Going to defiantly order more.

Gimmick
Did nothing. No waterloss no extra trips to the bathroom. Basically nothing. dont recommend this product.

It did give me pretty bad cramps in my stomach for about a half ...
Pineapple flavor does not mix well with much so be ready to choke this down. I did see results with this supplement. I felt not so bloated after finishing my daily gallon and more toned looking. It did give me pretty bad cramps in my stomach for about a half hour after taking it each time. Not sure if I was allergic to it or just the way its supposed to work.
