For the price, this is a good quality cereal that I occasionally enjoy on a weekday morning. The trouble I have with this cereal is the sugar content is a little high for me so it is not the healthiest of cereals- at least to those you can find at your local grocery store. I also find the taste a little artificial even when compared to brands like Kashii. Regardless, there are far worse things to put in your body and this is a good starter cereal for anyone making the transition to a healthier lifestyle.

Tasty. Expiration date a few months after arrival. Box was a little crushed, but that was because it was shipped in a bag instead of a box.

Very nice taste and texture with soy unsweetened soy milk. The almonds are thin and not overpowering.

Tasty, but a little high in sugar.

Enjoyable breakfast. Will probably buy again
