Q: Hi I need help any step by step how to apply it and if I need to go to the salon or do it my self? Thank you

I always ask my mom to put it on me and vice versa. You apply it to your hair evenly. I prefer to part my hair in 4 parts, then apply the product with a thin brush used for applying dye. After it's all over you hair you can cover it with a plastic cap. Leave on for 30 minutes. Then rinse, but not throughly but enough that the treatment is not stuck on your hair or scalp. Do rollers or blow dry. Then use the flat iron. The following week, wash your hair throughly, do rollers or blow dry. No need to flat iron at this point. Do that only if desired. I hope I was able to help you. I love this product and I use it every 3-4 months. It's really great. It doesn't burn your scalp or hair. It makes it shiny, stronger, makes it grow and sleek. I recommend it 100%.
