Great value for money. Due to their small size these tablets are so easy to swallow. I take one every morning together with a Vitamin D3

Doesn't last a year as stated.
The product seems okay but it definitely doesn't last for a year, it lasts 6 months at most. Last purchased in April and already finished. I've been taking 1 a day and sometimes I've been skipping too so I don't believe the bottle contains the amount of tablets specified. It's hard to determine whether or not the product is effective or not. I've been taking it with vitamin D3, so far everything seems okay.
