Q: If I'm somewhere between low and medium which size would you recommend buying?

Hi Kirsty! At the beginning of period, the cervix is higher and, in the middle, the cervix is lower. The ideal would be to buy both medium and small sizes. However, it might fit you better the medium size.

Q: The pictures show a pink silicone/plastic case for the disc but I only received a cloth bag. Is this case sold separately?

There is no case for it apart from the cloth bag it comes with. Mine came in a pink cardboard box and the cloth case + disc were inside. The photo seems to show that cardboard box.
