Life Extension's Curcumin Elite formula contains fibers from fenugreek seeds. Only Curcumin product that works for me! I’ve tried several, but always revert back to this one.

To relieve arthritis symptoms 100%, take this product Plus take this: Carlson, The Very Finest Fish Oil, 1600 mg., Omega-3s, 16.9 fluid oz. Keep it in your fridge. DO NOT TAKE FISH OIL GEL CAPS. My quality of life has improved SO MUCH since taking these two products together. Have been doing so for the last 2 years. Before that, arthritis/carpal tunnel in my wrists & thumbs was horrifically painful. Now - no longer. if I forget to take one of the products for about 2 days, pain sets in again.

I had been taking a competitive product, Invite Health's Bio-Curcumin® & 5-Loxin™ because it was helping me greatly with normal aging-related aches and pains, especially back and knee pain. However, the Invite Health version is literally over 3X the price of this one. So I searched for a cheaper alternative and decided to try the Life Extension version, especially since I am already a fan of Life Extension's product line. Plus, it is far less expensive. Problem is, after using the Life Extension Bio-Curcumin® a few times now (I have gone through at least 4 bottles now), I feel no real benefit. I definitely do not feel the same benefit that I do with the Invite Health product. I believe that has to do with the addition of the 5-Loxin™ which is also known as Boswellia Serrata (also known as Indian Frankincense). 5-Loxin™ is an anti-inflammatory herb that has been studied a few times and has a long history in Asia for easing inflammation throughout the body, If Life Extension is reading this, I would urge them to look into combining Bio-Curcumin® with 5-Loxin™ like Invite Health does. I feel like that would be a much more effective product. Plus, if Life Extension can keep the price within a reasonable range, I would gladly go back and try their version again.
