21st Century Papaya Enzyme Chewable (papain from papaya and bromelain from pineapple) worked great to eliminate the bloat I would get every time I ate. I bought the enzymes because I have digestive issues and hoped they would help. It took me a minute to figure out what the difference was after I used them. No bloating. It was great!These 21st Century Enzymes are chewable. The taste is good, but some of them are very hard to chew. I wish they could be improved in that area. All in all this is a good product. I recommend them with the following stipulation:Caution -- Both papaya and pineapple enzymes are known to thin the blood. They thinned my blood considerably. I started seeing a lot of bruises on myself. I looked up papaya and pineapple enzymes on NIH and saw that they can thin blood, so I cut back to just one or two a day. Now I no longer look as though I have been beat up.

I underwent lap band surgery in 2008, and it helped me to lose nearly 100 pounds and improve my health greatly. Sometimes when I'm trying a new-to-me food, I'll get a little "stuck" if I take too big a bite, or delay eating because of a busy day and find I'm "starving" when I finally DO sit down to a meal. In those cases, the Papaya Enzyme tablets are a life-saver!Once you get a lap band, you really can't "upchuck" the way you used to because of the restriction. Papaya Enzyme helps my stuck food move along and then I can either finish my meal, or simply stop eating (more often). It tastes good, and being chewable makes it easy to fit into my plan when needed. Great price, shipped fast, and very tasty.

Effect relief as described. Pleasant light fruity taste. I took one star away because the tablets are meant to be chewed but they are harder to chew and crumbled into pieces instead of as my preferred brand that is not as hard and becomes more powder like when chewed.Still it's a good buy and works as well as my preferred brand.

These are pleasant and easily chewable. They help if you get a little extra stomach acid sometimes or are feeling bloated. They can help a little bit with stomach upset as well. A friends family told me about them and used to give them to me instead of things like Tums. I feel like the ingredients are better for you and that it’s more effective. I also think the pills being smaller and chewable also helps if you’re someone who doesn’t like taking pills and the flavor is better than most chewable.

Thank you Almighty! Throw these in my bag, chew one every time I eat more than 2 bites of food. And no more cramps or constipation, or suffering toilet issues. They are like one little piece of a smarties candy. Taste a little sugary, not gross at all. And it's hard, but not terribly so. crunch crunch. done. I've taken 3 in a day before, no problems. Work ok with my probiotics, and HRT meds, other vitamins and my glp-1. thank you... relief at last
