3 in 1 BBQ Gloves Grill Accessories

I was looking for some gloves to use with my smoker and some claws to help tear up the meat for pulled pork.Ironically, I found this combo pack that included both, plus a BBQ brush. I pulled a smoked pork shoulder off my grill and using these gloves, I had absolutely no issues with the heat and burning my hands at all! They were tremendous! They looked so cool I felt bad getting them dirtied up with BBQ sauce and such, but they clean up easy. I wasn't sure if the plastic construction of the meat claws would be sturdy enough to pull apart the meat in an efficient manner. However, I found them to be perfect for what I was doing, and this combo has allowed me to up my grilling game! The BBQ brush cleans up nicely as well, making it my favorite brush I use at my house.

This 3 in 1 BBQ set is a fantastic deal - it comes with 3 tools that are very handy for making pulled pork or other BBQ'ed meats. The gloves feel like they are of high quality and worked very well for grabbing the hot grates of the grill, grabbing and turning hot potatoes and generally keeping my hands safe from unexpectedly hot things. The gloves are extra long so they prevent any accidental wrist burns which is nice. They also have grippy spots that help to hold any glass or other slippery and hot items. The shredding claws and silicone basting brush are pretty straight forward and also work very well. The only issue i have is that the silicone basting brush is fairly small which means it takes a few extra strokes to get the sauce on a large chicken breast. The claws feel solid and seem like they will last quite a while. Overall, very happy with this set and it makes a nice addition to the repertoire of BBQ tools i have.

These gloves and claws are the best! The gloves are comfortable and come up your forearms quite a bit to provide additional protection against heat and burns. They are very well made, the materials appear to be made from quality materials and, with care, should last a very long time. I can now BBQ without burning all of the hair from my forearms!The claws are just Awesome! For shredding chicken, pulled pork, or any other meats, this is an awesome tool. Get primitive with your cooked meats and shred the crap out of it! The claws do a great job of getting to the heart of the matter and saves a ton of work trying to slice/shred the meat.The brush is a brush. It works as it should.If you're tired of burning yourself and want an easier way to shred, do yourself a favor and get this set. You won't be disappointed.

I bought these gloves because I had a medical hand issue and I needed a glove that I could use for more than just putting and pulling pans out of the oven. So instead of the BBQ Silicone pit master gloves that you see a lot of I felt that the style of these gloves would be a better choice because they fit like a winter glove yet have the heat resistance that I wanted. So, they did fit like a winter glove but, they are extremely bulky compared to silicone gloves. I had a lot of trouble grabbing and twisting lids off and other such cooking tasks. The web page claimed that you could hold hot pans right out of the oven for multiple seconds and up to like 400 degrees. Well, that is untrue. Although you are never going to burn yourself but don't plan on holding the pan for any longer than about 10 seconds before you start feeling the heat finding its way through and it gets hot. The little thing that I did like that other gloves don't give you are little loops on the cuffs of the gloves so you can hang them from a hook in the kitchen, and they are washable which is great as well.So, you get some freebies with these gloves which is a baster and some chicken or pork claws. I have like 5 basters but another one never hurts as I use them a lot and sometimes for serving and not just behind the scenes while cooking. The claws were something that I didn't have and have wanted for a long time since I do smoke a lot of meat. They are just plastic, but they are sharp and sturdy and actually work quite well.So, all in all, even though the gloves could use a little better heat resistance and could be thinner. They do work and really most people would not be in the position that I was where they would need them for more than pulling pans out of the oven.Finally, the gift set is just that and during Christmas or at a party you want to give a good gift that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and does actually work and has something in it that everyone can find a use for then this is it.

Ordered these puppies right before Thanksgiving. I was making a turkey outside and wanted something I could grab the turkey with so I wouldn't have to worry about bending utensils. After reading the reviews I went with these heat gloves.Got them quick and did a quick try on. The gloves fit great and protect pretty far up my arm. Now I don't have the biggest hands (med in work gloves) so if you have large or xl hands they might be a bit snug for you. But for me they were perfect. Still have the dexterity. I was able to pull a bird right off the grill piping hot and didn't feel a thing. Same with pulling hot things out of the oven that same day.They are made of cloth so one thing to note that if you touch anything that is liquid it will soak in over time. I didn't realize but my glove was touching some oil and when I put them on the were hot and lost the fire protectiveness. Totally my fault though. Just note you can't really use them for really oily or wet items over time.After using them, threw them in the washing machine and they came out perfect.Would definitely buy again or buy as a gift.
