The holes are slightly off
The thing looks beautiful but the holes don’t exactly match so I had to use zip ties because I couldn’t get screws to go thru. But other than the holes not adding up I finally got it close enough to make it look good. Hopefully other people will have a better experience than I did

Looks Great
Granted, this may not come with hardware, it is as simple as 10 S/S bolts, washers and lock nuts and you are in business. The holes for the tow hooks do look a little crude from the back side, as you can see, it looks great/factory when installed, its a $40 part that looks like $200, this IS NOT hard to install at allFor the money = GREAT PRODUCT

If you want the last two bolts to fit you're going to need a winch.
I'd never write a negative review unless it was earned, unfortunately it is earned with this product. Fitment is terrible, finish is okay, on the one I received you can clearly see the imprints of where they would cutout for fog lights on the front even though I ordered the tow hooks one. Really wishing oem was still available.

Some fitment issues
Overall dimensions are good, fits under the bumper spot on. The issue are the holes in the valence (alignment) to the factory holes in the bottom of the bumper. There are about 10 holes and 4 are a tough fit. 6 of the 10 fit, but 4 screws are off a bit and had to go in at an slight angle. Once tightened, the 4 screws did straighten up a bit. From the outside, all looks fine. Alignment with the factory tow hooks look ok as well if you have them (I did not have). Overall, pleased for the results vs. the cost. I did not use the factory screws from my old valence remains, just too corroded. I used some 10-32x 3/4 with washers and ny-lock nuts.

Fits like oem
Looks and fits great installed in minutes with no cutting or drilling

poorly aligned warped product
the edge where the piece attaches to the bumper is warped and the holes do not align well. I could not use the original clamp pieces except at the ends. I had to us bolts and tighten a nut down to get the dam to pull towards the bumper holes and out of the seven attachments, was able to get 5 . What should have been a fifteen minute exercise turned out to take me several hours. Old truck so it looks fine and will stay in place and did not want to hassle with a return. Just could have, should have, been easier to attach.
