Facial Exercises: Remove Wrinkles & Enjoy A Younger Looking Face with Face Yoga

I think that these exercises really work. They are a bit strange but I noticed a difference within a short time. However, I thought that a few pictures would have been helpful. I went to You Tube to find some videos that were a bit more instructive. I found that the written word was OK but the video really was better for me.

I saw this book advertised in a local site so i have decided to purchase it. I am so happy I did it. This book laid out all the facial muscles and provides an illustration where they are positioned. The exercises are very easy yet helpful. You can perform this exercises while doing other things like watching tv, walking or reading.

Not pleased with the lack of information and the lack of description really could have used some photos I would not recommend this book

Encouraging. Easy to follow. When you do these you can feel it in your face. Face feels good! Happy with purchase.

This is a excellent book.so many great that exercises to improve your face muscles. It's a real work out. and you can feel it after even the first day. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to form up their face

Thought it was a book I would receive in the mail

I have a couple of face exercise books which are brilliant but, just like normal exercise, I think you should change it up a bit to keep things going. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK - For the price, it is small, thin and has NO DIAGRAMS!! Yes, there are detailed descriptions but, personally, I need diagrams for correct placement of fingers. Terrible purchase

I am sorry to say I could not really recommend this. I know the price was low, but the instructions are hard to follow, and there are no illustrations at all to help with the procedures. I would have preferred to pay a bit more and have illustrations. It also was not clear from looking at the cover before buying that there were no illustrations inside.

There are no illustrations in this book, which I would have found helpful in finger positioning etc, not for me.

Very expensive book considering the content. Total waste of money. You can gain a lot information, and clear instruction using the U tube for free.

It's good, but you have read everything twice so you know that you are doing it correctly.
