how do i use this item

Put a liquid in the big pot that you want to distill. Fill the small pot with cold water and keep one line flowing in and one out to make sure the copper worm stays cold. Boil the big pot and catch what comes out of the copper pipe

Would this work on induction hob / cooker?

Yeah any heat source as you just have to slowly boil your fermented mash. Just make sure you're in a well ventilated space as there's a lot of vapours. These vapours are flammable so actually an induction hob is probably safer as there's no naked flame
