Carseat Canopy 5 Pc Whole Caboodle Baby Infant Car Seat Cover Kit with Minky Fabric (Chevy)

Got this for my grand baby. It fits the carseat well and looks good.

I have a Baby Trend car seat/carrier from my daughter that is pink and black but now we are expecting a boy. Was happy to find this product so that I didn’t have to buy a new car seat. The material is so soft and gave my seat a facelift! I love that it’s easy on/off and every piece is machine washable. (Cover on my seat says hand/surface wash only!) The seat cover uses elastic which fits but is slightly big. I love the canopy blanket as it will be thick enough to protect against wind etc. Even though you attach it with Velcro it has buttons just for show but it’s a nice visual touch. The insert for head support is nice but it could use s slit at the bottom for the buckle. Otherwise it bunched up around the lap part of the belt. My car seat has two support bars for the canopy but the replacement one in this set only uses the front one and has elastic at the back so when it’s down it hangs off the back of the seat some. I may try to attach my second support to fix this issue. It has a couple issues but that’s to be expected for a universal fit item. It’s a bit pricey but beats replacing the seat itself. I’m pretty happy with it so far!

I liked that the product fit perfectly onto the car seat we already. It was very quick and easy assembly. The product is good quality and looks good as well.

This cover fits the Britax B-Safe 35 well. I cannot attest to actually putting it to use as I still have three more months to go. The seat cover is very easy to put on with elastic band although I don't know if it will stay put with a squirming baby. It may need to be modified with a sincher. Same with the car seat umbrella. The item slipped over the frame and fits the car seat well with over 50% coverage however the rear is held with a non adjustable elastic band. If it repeatedly comes undone it will also need to be modified with a sincher. Then again I am just speculating it may do nicely, the original umbrella is the same. All pieces I feel are worth it just for the simple fact it can all be removed and easily washed. The chevron fabric is 100% cotton and the mink interior is polyester, so hang dry. I give four stars because I feel it is a bit cheaply made. If the manufacturer had paid a bit more attention to those adjustments for a true one size fits most and a bit more quality in the stitching it would be 5 stars. The stitching is all single stitching with a few little threads sticking out here and there. As long as it lasts me a year or 35 lbs it works for me. I anticipate I may need to make minor repairs here and there to make it last but this item came fully intact so again just speculating. Each user will have its own wears and tears. Still a great buy as you are able to purchase a highly safety rated car seat and not be concerned with colors. Ours is black, I am in AZ so hopefully the lighter colors will be cooler. She will catch the end of our summer heat after she's born and be coming up on a year when it comes back so I think the set will be cozy and soft for her when it freezes and snow comes or the indoor AC blasting in some places. With the five pieces it can be versital like that.The canopy measures flat on the ground 40x28 inches. It attaches with velcro around the handles with buttons for decoration. The straps measure secured at 6 inches around. The canopy is one cotton layer and one polyester layer.The unbrella measures installed front to back 28 inches and from right to left across the frame is 31 inches. It has one cotton layer with the polyester mink trim around the entire piece and has two spines in adition to the frame to keep its shape.The lap blanket flat is 24x18 inches and is one cotton layer and one polyester layer with polyester trim on one long side.The infant insert from top to bottom is 14 inches long and the stuffed head roll around from right to left is 22.5 inches and 7 inches round. It has a rigid but flexible back that says it's machine washable recommended hang dry and front and back 100% polyester.Last the seat slip cover measuring the polyester not the elastic is 9 inches deep and 34 inches from head to toe and 29 inches from right to left. It is one layer of polyester and has one hole in the center between the legs for the bottom buckle one hole on each side for the shoulder belts to come in at the sides and two slots on each side for the belt to go over the shoulders (a high and low option with 2 inches between them) my car seat has four but with some play in the fabric it should still work. All slots are enforced with double stitched nylon trim.

I was so excited to get this in! I have the baby trend jogger stroller and everything fits so perfectly! It's so soft and comfortable feeling that I'm sure our baby will be very happy in it. I'm so excited for our baby girl to get here so she can just be in the cutest carseat set. Another plus is the design! This is our first child and we wanted something unisex so if we have a boy next we can use the same set for him!

Somewhat disappointed and considering returning. The fabric is so soft and I’d love for it to work, but this does not “fit” Graco Snugride car seats as it’s described. There is no slot for the tightening strap, and it does not secure itself to the seat, so it’s very loose. It also covers the inserts for the seatbelt strap on the sides so we can’t use those. I wound up not using the slip cover and only attaching the umbrella, but even that is flimsy and doesn’t “attach” so when the umbrella isn’t up, it just falls on the ground. I do like the head support, but it looks a little funny without the slip cover insert. The cover piece seems fine.

I purchased this for my son so that me and my husband didn’t have to go out and buy another car seat after having our daughter. We just switched out the girl colors with this beautiful chevron 5 piece set, and just like that it’s like a whole new infant car seat.

I have the Graco BabyTrend Expedition carseat and this set fit quite well. Baby boy is not due until August, however, I had this same carseat and set for my daughter, in lavender and it fit perfectly! I ordered that set off the actual carseat canopy website and thought I'd try my hand with this set off Amazon. I wish I still had the other set to do an exact side by side comparison, but from what I can tell, everything is the exact same! Beautiful, neutral and very stylish set. I would definitely recommend!
