This sign is made of a great material almost like it has a laminated surface. It’s matte but sturdy so no trouble putting the string through. Highly recommend this!

Totally a money saver!
The amount of items you receive is almost more than you can even use. We had so many options and it made the experience really great knowing that there would be leftovers! The party space was well decorated with just this package of stuff that we were able to return other stuff we spent more money on at party city!
