It feels nice when using. I find it easier to locate. Unfortunately it does get in the way of the screen movement.

This eyepiece is very comfortable and gives a nice shade to the viewfinder

Liked the proper fitting, cushioned hood on/over the eye viewer.This gave a larger cover compared the shallow and sun exposed viewfinder. The OEM was a very shallow, cushioned rubber piece but out in the sun (depending on angle) allowed sun to get into your eyes while trying to view. This replacement unit has a nice hood that helps reduce and block sun from your eye and the entrance of the eye viewer.

It is best when shooting landscape and not vertical photos. I like it and would buy it again.

This eyepiece is very comfortable and blocks the glare on my glasses perfectly.

It does what needs to be done.

The eye cup is rock hard and is perfect for putting a lot of pressure exactly around the eyeball. I used it for all of 2 minutes before the eye socket was hurting. On top of that its useless in portrait mode as it it lets a lot more light in (100-150% more) on the outside of the eye you are shooting with. On top of that, it covers edges of the frame in portrait making edge composition a guessing game. in the video of the product, the rubber is shown squeezed which it is flexible vertically. However in z plane ( back and forth) when you move your eye to it, it is rock solid.

Replaced the eye cup on my D7200 with this and it is comfortable. The contour is meant for landscape position shooting and when you do portrait orientation the piece isn't the most ideal. The only gripe is the price. At $20 dollars that is one expensive replacement piece.

The rubber eyepiece arrived on time and installed within seconds. So far the rubber material appears of good quality and comfortable when used. The only complaint I have is the price as it does not justify 20$ for a rubber eyepiece. It is getting as expensive as OEM. After a year the rubber started to frail and rip off from the top section. It is annoying when you look through the eye cup white light shows on top and it is irritating. Back using the OEM that comes with the camera.

The OEM eye cup for Nikon Z6 is notorious for falling off or ripping. The rubber is almost too soft. This fixed that and added benefit of better ability and keep stray light out when looking through the EVF.
