The collar is comfortable. Holds my head up better than I had hope.

Too skinny, too hard. Waste of my money. Different fabric and foam. Back to buying them at the pharmacy where I can SEE what I'm getting.

As long as you order the 2" neck brace, it's very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I had an old prescription neck support that I wore only at bedtime when my neck was really hurting.. I was able to wash and dry it and it came with a cover that was removable. Purchased at an old fashioned drug store.. well, my new dog chewed it up into pieces so I ordered this one.. gads.. I realize my old one was well broken in, but it was never this hard. I could not begin to sleep with this one for fear of waking with a neck that wouldn't work at all.. and a headache as soon as I put it on. I have cut it in half (length wise) and stitched back together.. have yet to try it out and think I may wash and dry it first to try and soften the small portion I have remaining... it was too high as well (my neck must be shorter than usual)... I use it so my neck has support no matter where my head is during the night. I'm hoping this will end up working for me...
