I do like amethyst which is just as well as it is my birthstone. This is a pretty amethyst pendant that comes with a simple necklace. It arrived in a well presented making it ideal for giving as a gift.The pendant is a Swarovski crystal set in a circular rhodium-plated holder. The stone is pretty and has a nice colour and is a simple design that has a nice stylish look to it. The chain is a simple link one with a good-sized lobster claw clasp. The chain can be easily changed if you prefer a different length, I have a few chains of my own that I use for pendants and that I can wear at different lengths depending on what clothing I am waring.This is a nice item to give as a gift, it is not expensive. Overall a very pretty necklace that looks great and I would recommend it.

I bought two of these birthstone necklaces for my granddaughters. They are very pretty, and dainty, which is just the kind of jewellery they like.They were well-presented, well packaged, arrived quickly andini perfect condition.I know they will be enjoyed and worn happily by my granddaughters.

So pleased with this. Love the little card and pouch it comes with. Makes such a nice gift.

Have a couple of these cheaper Philip Jones necklace and charms/pendants and as with most the very affordable/budget price is reflected in them being fairly lightweight with thin and lightweight chains, as is the case here. None the less the quality still isn't terrible at all considering the price and marked against realistic expectations at this price level and this one has an amethyst charm to represent amethyst as the birth stone of February. The pouch it comes in might look nice but it needs some serious airing/spraying or washing if considering this as a gift as it has that off-putting fishy dried-glue smell to it which is a shame. So be prepared to re-package if buying it as a cheap gift!
