Very beautiful, looks great in any room, the movement is so natural and you don't need a fan or batteries. All my children love watching this, even though it is above the crib of the baby. Delicate and simple, but worth it. We will use this in the kids room for many many years.

Anyone looking for a modern, yet whimsical, mobile... this is the perfect choice {or maybe any of the Flensted mobiles}. After finally deciding on the hot air balloon mobile for my baby boys nursery, I am so happy with my decision. He is only 5 weeks old, and is already staring at the hot air balloons. The way they float / move in the air is so cool and so "real looking." The only drawback is how the mobile arrived. Because of shipping and the delicateness of the string, it was a bit tangled. But once the hubby got it untangled, it was perfect.

The mobile is well-designed, beautifully packaged and gorgeous when hung. It is chic and will grow with my baby. There are two things to know-mine didn’t continuously move. There are times when it stops completely but there is a register nearby and a ceiling fan, so it often moves. The other thing to know is that the balloons have to be folded to make them three dimensional, which is fine except that because of the weight of the card stock, the balloons tend to flatten out just a little over time. Every now and then, I pinch the card stock along the fold lines to get an overall more rounded look to the balloons. These are not dealbreakers at all and I would wholeheartedly recommend this mobile. These are just good things to be aware of.

This mobile has fantastic movement, and dances with the slightest bit of air flow. It is a bit delicate though. Essentially, these are paper ballons that fan out, attached to the wire supports with thread.Very happy with the purchase.

These hot air balloons were the perfect extra touch for my son's nursery. They float so lightly on the air and you can hardly see the strings and holders. He loves them and they're fun to blow - they spin!

This mobile is very cool. It's made of very thin wire and the balloons are a thick, high-quality paper. But the other reviewers are right about how it moves. It's really lovely. Everything comes assembled.

For the price I paid, I really expected a lot more. Honestly I could have made this myself. The balloons are card stock and they are hung by sewing thread. You have to fold open the balloons yourself. As I was doing so, several of them had the thread come loose and fall off, which sent me searching for a needle to re thread them. Seems WAY too delicate for a nursery mobile. It takes up much more room than I expected will probably have to take the whole thing apart and readjust the lengths of the thread so that it won't practically touch the mattress of the crib. Also, as someone else mentioned, the colors are quite accurate in the picture. I think the different balloons are supposed to represent different countries' colors. Don't get me wrong... It's cute... But for $50 I was expecting a LOT more than a simple arts and craft project.

Ces montgolfières sont très belles, le gros atout de ce mobile est d'être en 3 dimensions, ainsi il est beau sous tous les angles.Placé dans une pièce ensoleillée, il bouge tout seul.J'ai bien aimé le drapeau français à coller sur la montgolfière bleue blanche rouge!Attention le mobile pend très bas, dans une pièce avec une hauteur de plafond standard il arrive presque au niveau de ma tête, donc il vaut mieux le mettre dans une pièce avec un plafond haut !
