Muscle and joint therapy and recovery are a necessary part of any athletes work out regime. Compression floss bands are a quick way to relieve joint and muscle pain through a technique called "flossing". Experience improved range of motion and mobility and reduced joint and tissue swelling after use. We recommend rolling up your floss after therapy back onto the plastic inner tube. This will allow convenient storage and it is much easier to reapply floss if it is wrapped tightly on tube the next time.

Good stuff!
Good bands. Would be helpful if they came with some sort of direction, but that is what YouTube is for these days! Not sure I need two, but now I have one at work and one at home, which is nice.

Love wrapping with these after legs day
Wish they were twice as long. Have to do my quads in two sections. Feel 1000% better than I use to. No more wobbly or stiff painful legs. No pain killers just out with the old blood

Quality!
Great band. I severely sprained my ankle and bought this band to help apply compression. I also use it for improving range of motion. The band is a good quality material. I have used the bands from Rogue and this band is equal to theirs.

These are awesome and a great value. I've used them to help with shoulder mobility after a car accident messed up my left shoulder.

Great tool for self-myofascial release!
I've used bands like these before, and I'm glad to have a set of my own now. Floss bands are SUPER helpful for self-myofascial release, especially when used with a foam roller. For serious athletes and anyone who's body takes a beating regularly, they are a must. I've tried them on my elbows, knees, shoulders, hips, and ankles.Black vs Red: The black is thinner (approximate thickness: 0.050"), and the red is a bit thicker (approximate thickness: 0.060"). In my opinion, the best option is to buy the set with one of each. That way you have the option to use the black one when you need to apply a moderate amount of compression and still be able to move the joint through the entire range of motion, and the red when you need increased compression for those really tight areas. For assistance using these bands, check out youtube.Elbow - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dgbCDtqdlIAnkle - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drTxhTcvLgUPackaging: The two bands came together in a plastic bag. Each was wrapped around a plastic core (about 2" in height, 0.635" outer diameter) which I discarded after unwrapping them. I suppose you could keep it and re-wrap your band back around it, but that didn't seem necessary to me. The end of each band was held securely with two small pieces of tape, which came off without any trouble. I'm now using a rubber band around each to keep them from unwrapping in my gym bag.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
