It’s heavy duty. I mounted it to a stud and it’s solid. Had to really crank down on the hex/allen screw to keep it from sagging to the right. Once hex/allen screw is secure it doesn’t move. Product quality is great. The chrome finish is like a mirror.

We purchased this toilet paper holder over a year ago for a complete overhaul of our bathroom. We had selected the Delta “Vero” collection in brushed nickel for our shower, but I preferred this Delta “Pivotal” collection toilet holder, which has a plate above the toilet roll holder to put a secondary TP roll or small items on. I love that Delta collections are interchangeable with the same colors (nickel, matte black, chrome, etc). The build in this toilet paper holder, as well as in all the other Delta hardware is solid, sturdy, and long-lasting (with consistent care/maintenance). Beautiful and elegant design by Delta!

I'm using this as a hand towel holder and candle platform instead of a toilet paper holder and it's beautiful and is very sturdy. It's in a tiny bathroom and matches the fixtures perfectly and looks classy

Love the look and the sturdiness. It is heavier than I expected, definitely not flimsy. It fits a double roll size of TP. My contractor installed it and said the hardware was not appropriate for the weight, and indeed it was wobbly after installation, but we just put a small screw on the underside (last photo) and now it’s solid. The screw is not visible (not even while sitting) unless you bend over and look up. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and will likely get another for our second bathroom

Beautiful finish. Heavy product..nice quality..need to use toggle bolts or screw into wood. It's heavy.

Love this delta tp holder with the shelf makes it functional for phone or soaps easy install . It was a little more money but worth it due to the quality and heavier weight then a couple others I returned.

So I purchased a tub spout from a "competitor" and was completely disappointed in the quality as well as the difference form the description on the site. This lead me to purchase the tub spout that is a "sister" to the wall mount tissue holder. When that was delivered, I was completely floored. It was a 'substantial" (read heavy) piece of metal. It certainly felt like it was a sturdy piece. It was installed and I decided to make the rest of my fixtures during the remodel stay within the family. That's when I purchased the paper holder. Again, when it arrived, I was completely satisfied with the heft of the piece. It does a great job holding a family sized role of TP and the "shelf" on top looks beautiful and is a great place to place your phone (if I ever brought my phone in the bathroom with me which I don't, yeah that's my story). PS- this also lead me to purchase the matching towel rings - also substantial pieces. You get what you pay for.

It needs another screw to hold up the weight. It is really nice. It is just heavy.

This item is of very good quality. It is beautiful and heavy (unlike some cheap ones). Easy to install and works very well (I was afraid the roll would come out every time I would pull on it but it doesn't). I really love it.

The shelf is perfect for cellphones! So convenient. The item is solid and not hollow. Very well made. We love it.

Looks and feels high quality,BUT it was very heavy I think it needs to be install on solid stud instead on drywall only.
