This product is great, it’s very easy to use. You definitely have to get the hang of it but once you do you’ll be walking around with gorgeous nails. As long as you follow the instructions and use either 100% acetone or alcohol or slip solution you’ll be good. I recommend watching YouTube videos to learn how to do it. I love poly gel because it doesn’t have a foul smell like acrylic. It’s safer to use and it’s quick. I wish that the poly gel bottles were bigger. With poly gel a little goes a long way but still I kinda wish at least the white and clear were bigger. You probably can do maybe like 2 sets of long nails (and I mean long) with 1 bottle. I do think it’s worth the $50.

Worth the money. Much better than some of the other poly gel nail sets.
Pros: Very easy to use and looks very nice. Includes most needed items to complete nails.Cons: I do not like the nail molds, not very natural. Also, does not come with the nail liquid for smoothing out the gel.Generally, your nails will last about 2 weeks. I have found that my nails would lift within the 1 almost 2 week time frame.I would give this a 4* out of 5.

Great but expect a learning curve
This kit is great, it does not contain the slip solution but a high concentration of rubbing alcohol is all you need. Everything is well designed and i really like the results. The first time i did this it took me like 3 hrs to get both hands done. A regular nail file is going to take forever to get some of the parts the way you want it. i ended up buying an electric nail file with different bits and it worked great. i also got these plastic clips that help hold the mold onto your finger while its under the light and those things alone made the work time go down by at least an hr. Inlaying flowers, glitter, and confetti is easy enough and you can make some really intricate nail designs. i would also recommend getting a prep and prime dehydrator for before the base coat, it has really increased the longevity of my manicure. You will need a lamp in order for this to work, a uv led lamp means less time under the lamp for drying time, but an led lamp also works. It is way easier than acrylic, it wont dry until youre ready and stick it under the lamp so shaping it is much more beginner friendly. its a great product but dont think itll be super easy, itll take a bit to get the hang of it for sure

It’s good
This is my first time using polygel. Pros: the polygel is easy to use, the forms, nail file and brush work good. I didn’t use the duel forms. Alcohol works well with this. I prefer this to acrylic or builder gel.Cons: the polygel is very sticky. You need a lot of alcohol to work with it because the alcohol wears of fast. The duel forms were hard to use because the poly gel was sticky and as I was holding it it kept sticking to my finger. I had to do one finger at a time because the polygel isn’t as hard as I thought. It ran down my finger when I wanted to tried to do more then one finger so I ended up doing one and flash curing. Which took up a lot of time. It’s only been two days and all my nails are still connected and don’t look like they are lifting so I’m hoping they last long.

Beautiful
This polygel is amazing!! The results are beautiful but maybe not so easy for beginners because it’s a little sticky to work with. I would absolutely recommend

So, how do I apply if the base coat is cemented shut?!?!
Product arrived on time. My tubes were full despite some reviews (thank God). Upon setting everything up and prepping my nails I proceeded to open the base coat polish.... and could not for the life of me get it opened. I tried using my teeth, my husband (who happens to be a body builder), pliers, soaking the bottles in warm water.... NOTHING.... Nothing would budge the base coat (and upon further inspection, the top coat too) to open. This rendered the ENTIRE kit USELESS! So no its not beginner friendly, its not easy to use, and it has NO longevity being that it arrives damaged.

Pretty easy it was my first time
I have never done this before I watched many videos before actually doing it but it was relatively easy to get the hang of. I suggest buying a gel nail kit with this cayse the come with the light you need and if you accidentally make the poly gel to thin just paint it with the gel polish and you will be fine lol. For my first time ever doing either I think I did a good job
