I do not understand why they sell them like this. The diet is okay
I made the mistake of ordering all three, Dash Diet, Younger You, Everyday Dash Diet Cookbook and Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution. It was sold as a trio. I would not advise anyone to order the trio because Dash Diet Younger You and Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution are basically the same. I do not understand why they sell them like this. The diet is okay.

Works for me, lost 55 pounds , still gone a year later
I bought this in April 2016. I hat another Dash book soon too. My doc told me I needed to lose weight. I had never tried to lose weight in my life. I was 245 and 70 years old. The secret is the serving size. I never followed exactly and certainly never counted calories. I lost about 20 pounds initially and the just maintained but did no gain, nor watch my input. But in 2018 & 2019 I began watching closer. By January 2020 I had lose over 50 pounds and still in October 2020 I weigh 185 - 190. If I can do it, anyone can if they want too. I weigh my self regularly, During this time I have traveled and eaten in many restaurants in over 40 states. That is the hardest place to keep from gaining weight. I also gained nothing during COVID while getting less exercise.

It makes perfect sense!
This book follows the Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution but in a revamped updated version. Marla Heller talks about everything that causes an inflammatory process in our bodies. I'm just beginning this part after completing the program in the Dash Diet Weight Loss Solution. The goal is to make permanent lifestyle changes..If you're not interested in those changes, don't bother. I strongly recommend this book as it is just common sense and so easy to understand the how and why's.

Changed my life
Fantastic diet lifestyle! A month after getting this book and going on a Strict DASH diet, my hypertension was gone and my doctor took me off BP medicine! Two months after starting I had lost 20 pounds! Now three months later my doc is about to discontinue the cholesterol meds I’ve been on for over 10 years! This is a lifestyle! The book is enough to get started, and there are lots of supplementary DASH materials available online. The book is great as a starting point, though!

I just wish there was a book for single servings. The recipes are for 4-6 servings and that is too much for a single person.

My doctor has put me on the Dash diet. This book helps alot. The recipes are great and easy to make.

A perfect guide for anyone wanting to shed a few extra pounds and follow a simple regime. This book explains the health benefits behind the diet, provides delicious recipes and offers even an exercise routine. I've read a few "diet" books, but this one is easy to follow, a lifetime guide for healthy living.

Healthy diet tastes good, might lose your some weight.
Tasty and easy recipes for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. I wanted to lower my blood pressure and not lose weight, but I am vegetarian and don't really use salt or sugar, so I haven't seen a change there. My wife on the other hand lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, so that is good.

Disappointing quality
The quality of the book was disappointing. The cover does not properly fit with it being a few millimetres short on the full length of the book front and back so pages are seen. The book also had black marks across the cover and the paper feels cheap quality. The layout of the book looks good from first impressions. Content has not been evaluated as I haven't read it yet, Only just received the book. From a glance there are some tasty recipes which are easy to put together, time will tell.

Ich habe das Buch sorgfältig durchgelesen und es hat mir gefallen.Es handelt sich um ein Buch dass eine Frau hauptsächlich ( aber nicht ausschliesslich) für Frauen geschrieben hat. Darum werden Falten und schimmernde Haut so oft erwähnt. Aber sonst zeigt das Buch einen relativ einfachen Weg zur gesunder Ernährung für jeden, d.h. wie für Vegetarier so auch für Fleischesser. Und selbstverständlich den Weg zur Gesundheit, Vitalität und Schlankheit. Dazu gibt es eine Menge von Menüs und Rezepte und Tips für gesünderes Leben.
