Powerful and good quality
This is amazing - it can pull 8 other wooden coaches on a flat plane and can even pull ~3 coaches on an incline. Once you install the 2xaaa batteries it lasts quite long - my kid played with this for over a week and it still works fine.

Good addition if you have a wooden railway set
It got delivered only today and my daughter and I both are in love with it 😬It works well with the Orbrium track+wooden trains we have. It is powerful enough to pull 2 more bogies/cars with it, also on a slight incline. Build quality seems sturdy enough.There is a cute little light on the front which adds to the overall look. Only drawback seems to be the the rather electric motor sound. At this price, it can be ignored.Recommended buy for sure.Packaging by Baby Touch (the seller) was not good though. Luckily the original/inside Hape packing was sturdy enough.

Expensive but powerful engine
Powerful. Can pull 3 carriages up a bridge and around curves. None of the Thomas and friends engines can do that. Has two AAA batteries, unlike 1 in most engines. Works on Thomas and Friends wooden railway tracks. Well made. Expensive, though. Wish there was an option to put off the light when not required.

Superb!
Love love Hape toys! Great quality train. The engine is powerful and fits perfectly to our Hape train set. Unlike the plastic trains, this engine is quiet.

Don’t buy
Build quality is nice .. but in 8 months product got problem .. not working on track now. Not worthy product considering price.
