I’ve been using MaryRuth Organics USDA Organic Liquid Probiotic for a couple of months now, and I can confidently say it’s made a real difference in my overall wellness. I originally bought it to support digestion and immunity—and it’s delivered on both fronts! We purchased these after a review of Mary Ruth ionic zinc and probiotics from a holistic pharmacist. The suggestion was these rather than tamiflu. My husband tested positive for flu and was given tamiflu. I encouraged him to pass and ordered both, taking the first dose upon receiving. The next day, almost all of his symptoms were gone! Maybe it had just run its course and just a coincidence, maybe not. I took it alongside of him and never got it. It does have an oily look to it but the taste is a very vague sweet peppermint. We mix it in a glass of fruit juice and you can’t tell besides the oily sheen.

We bought this for 5 years for my daughter and it tremendously helped her tummy issues. We had an auto-ship subscription and it was perfect. It tasted just like water and my kids loved it! Then, back in March we received it in auto-ship like usually but this time, upon giving it to my kids (3 and 5 now), they both gagged! I thought maybe they gave me the wrong thing accidentally. I double checked, but no - the bottle looked exactly the same. Then I thought maybe it was rancid so I tasted it and sure enough, I gagged! It was oily and had a terrible taste I can’t even describe. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I reached out to the Mary Ruth customer service to let them know of the rancid bottle. However, they went on to tell me they changed the formula to now include MCT oil. I complained to them that there was no mention of MCT OIL on the bottle (since March they may have changed the bottle but at that time there was no warning). They admitted they should’ve been more forthright with the change but also said that the majority of customers had been asking for MCT oil and love the change. I find that very hard to believe after filtering the reviews on Amazon to “most recent” 99% of the reviews are complaining about how terrible the taste is and how they won’t be buying it again and pleading for the company to bring back the old recipe. Why change something that was working so well for so many people? If some have requested MCT oil, why not make two versions. One water base (old formula) and one oil based (new formula)? That way everyone can use what works best for them. This was seriously a game changer for my kids gut health (and many others, per the reviews) and I’m desperate to find an alternative but I can’t find one. You will have me as a customer for life - along with many others if you just give us the option to have the old recipe. Thank you for considering!!

We love Mary Ruth products and for kids I’m always trying to sneak in nutrition where they don’t even know. So these are great that it’s undetectable in water bottles so I just do a dropper each night in them and they don’t even know it!

Got it on march 3, its only been a few days and i already feel BETTER. I have acid reflux and an acute IBS, i think its a genetic thing, but i never seen results from stuff like metamucil and things like that but THIS IS definitely worth trying. Like in the course of these few days alone I actually can sleep and wake up feeling like i got my sleep, bathroom habits NO STRAIN NO STRESS, and i actually went more than once in a day how weird. Onlyyyyy thing that had me like HOLD UP! was the gas but google helps and i guess its normal and the probiotics getting used to ur body, so i take it with time itll subside nothing major. Im 36 in May been dealing with digestion issues for YEARS. Im kinda mad i bought the 2oz but honestly and seriously it was worth the try. Plus it taste like NOTHING literally. U dont see any floaties or anything thats gnna turn u off. Oh and i also read that PREBIOTICS go hand and hand with this. Consider the Fiberwell Gummies or something along those lines and wait like and hour between taking these so there wont be cramps or bloats or however ur body reacts A MONTH LATER: ItS to a point where i dont have to take it all the time. The gassy outbursts i know its from this lol so I eased up. Plus what I like about probiotics is once they are introduced to ur body u pretty much can make up your own routine on taking them. When i feel my digestive system is acting up ill do take it. But THIS DOESNT WORK ALONE. Changing what you eat helps. Oh and THIS REALLLLLLY HELPS WITH BLOAT. LIKE SERIOUSLY. Worth a try

Love this probiotic. It does have a subtle taste but it isn’t bad. Super easy to add to any drink.

Used it for both my kids, it seemed to help with my toddler's loose stools.

I was really disappointed with this, but it was my fault for not checking I had the right one. I wanted the infant probiotic that is water based and this is in oil, it doesn't go down well as, like you can imagine, it's like drinking oil! Plus I am not even sure what type of oil it is.
