So Many Memories for KINGS fans!!!!!
This book Tales from the Los Angeles Kings Locker Room: A Collection of the Greatest Kings Stories Ever Told by Bob Miller originally came out a few years back, and Bob Miller has added to it and re-released it for the KINGS great Stanley Cup run and win last year (2011-2012 NHL Season). It contains most of the stories as the first edition but not all.Its a very fun book written from Bob Millers perspective as the LA Kings broadcaster for over 38 years. As a long time Kings fan (early 1970s for me) this book brought back many many memories and also informed me about many things going on behind the scenes I did not know. Its written in a conversational style, Bob is just sitting down with you and telling you these stories. There are chapters or sections on the Great Playoff Run and Stanley Cup win of last season (2011-2012); Kings Owners; tidbits from Bob's memory abut each NHL Stadium no loner in use (most not in Existence). Great Players on the Kings-Vachon, Dionne, Gretzky etc.,; Kings Practicable Jokers; Kings in the Playoffs over the years (the 1993 run, the Miracle on Manchester etc.,); Many Kings ups and downs, the escapades of an NHL Announcer (Paper cups TMI BOB LOL) and many funny behind the scenes looks at life as an NHL LA KINGS Employee. The end has a short section about Bob's introduction into the NHL Hall Of Fame and on his receiving a Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame. This is a must have for every Kings fan and I think any sports fan would love to have a copy.

Must Read for Kings Fans!
Another MUST READ for Kings fans from Bob. This book was released after I'd gotten to know Mr. Miller well and it was even more interesting because of that. If you love the LA Kings, you must own this book and you should take the opportunity to meet one of the best hockey announcers of all time.

Perfect book for a LA Kings Fan
This book has great stories told in a way that only Bob Miller could tell them. If you are a Kings fan you will enjoy the insight that Bob provides as he recounts stories throughout the years that he has been with the Kings. Some of the stories give insight as to how the team was run and the interactions between players. Awesome!

you can just hear Bob's voice in your head as you read.
The beginning of the book has Bob's point of view as the Kings were on the road to winning their first Stanley Cup. As you read, you can hear Bob's voice talking about his experiences and the funny things that happen behind the scenes in Bob's day to day job with the Kings. Must have/read for Kings fans.

The Inside Story
As a hockey fan, I love reading Bob Miller's stories and feeling like I am right there in the locker room and the board room. It was also a great way to relive the excitement of the King's Stanley Cup victory.

Bought this book for my bro inlaw as a present as he is a big ice hockey fan. Glad it came on time so I can post it to him abroad.

Great Read for LA Kings Fans
I was thrilled to receive the book, and the wonderful stories within it. I saw the Kings play Toronto in 1981 at Maple Leaf Gardens when Charlie Simmer scored his 56th goal of the season in a 1-0 win---and broke his leg in the same game.
