Unseasoned; exactly what I wanted.
So glad I was able to find this tenderizer on Amazon. It was almost impossible to find an unseasoned meat tenderizer in the local stores. I've used this for years on my cheaper cuts of meat. It's very effective and not so salty. Amazon nor McCormick didn't let me down.

Adolph's is the best
We have tried cheaper tenderizers, but they are worthless. We have gone back to Adolph's and enjoy tender steaks again. Now we will have Adolph's at a very reasonable price for years to come.

Can’t live without it
