HEPA has different levels of HEPA efficiency to further compare against each other. True HEPA Generally range from H10-H12 (85-99.5% of particles 0.1 micron) with higher the H grade the better. Medical grade range from H13-H14 (99.95-99.995% of particles 0.1 microns. Therefore there very well may be a difference between OEM and aftermarket.
