Gelite 10-Piece Largest Scrunchies for Hair Super Big Velvet Scrunchies for Girls Women

These are very nice quality and an especially good deal for the price. I was looking for scrunchies that would stand out well from my hair and look good and these fit the bill. The stitching feels good, no loose threads when they came and there’s enough fabric around that I don’t hear or see any seams popping when you stretch them to their max size. I’ve had these for 10 days now and have worn them most days since receiving and they’re still as fresh looking as straight out of the package. Picture is one of the scrunchies from the set alongside a Goody Thick Hair hair tie and a Goody standard hair tie (as well as a quarter for just a size comparison because I couldn’t think of anything else). I would describe the elastic inside as being between the thick hair and standard size hair ties. If you have very thick, textured, or curly hair these might be on the small size for you. My hair is on the thick side but only loosely wavy, I’m fine with a standard size hair tie so these fit fine for me and wrap twice comfortably.

I was very excited when I saw these because I thought they would be very stretchy because they are so big. When they arrived, they were very big and puffy and the colors were rich and pretty, but the large size of the scrunchie is due to there being a lot of outer fabric (the velvet part) and NOT a lot of elastic. The elastic band inside is actually pretty small/tight in comparison to how much outer material (velvet) there is. I had to return them because they could only wrap around my ponytail 2 times loosely or 3 times with it being too tight. This may work for thinner hair, but not for those with thick hair. I wanted them to work because they're so cute!

I ordered these for my 2 daughters. I wanted to get thick big oversized scrunchies without paying a ton of money. Usually you find oversized scrunchies for 5-10 dollars a piece. I found this on Amazon and was cautious but figured if I didnt like them I wouldnt be out much money. I opened the package and was so impressed with the quality and the fullness. The elastic in them is strong and durable too. In the pictures the only thing in their hair is the scrunchies there is no hair tie underneath. However I usually always first pull their hair up with a hair tie then add the scrunchie overtop for extra hold. We were just so happy when we opened them we had to try them right away! I highly recommend theses scrunchies, they are the best and the best price.

These scrunchies are PERFECT in all aspects of quality, function and beauty. I recently purchased a variety pack of another brand that had many beautiful colors but the quality was terrible, they were super cheap, and the price of them was also super cheap, yet the reviews were very high. I guess people don't really care about quality anymore. I want quality, function and beauty. These fit the bill. I absolutely love the colors that I received but I also hope this company will add even more colors in the future. The velvet is very soft and has a beautiful sheen, these are a luxurious velvet and the elastic inside is wider for extra strength and stability...not like those other cheap scrunchies that are listed all over Amazon. These are the real deal!!!

I was initially disappointed with the size of the elastic in the scrunchies, they were too small to loop twice around my thick hair. The company recently contacted me and asked if they could replace them with their new scrunchies they had made after taking customer feedback into account. The new ones are wider and loop comfortably around my thick hair! I included a picture to show the difference between old and new (though old is black and the new is brown because I wasn't paying attention sorry, they DID NOT change colors! The new black is still jet black!) The old scrunchies only have a maximum stretch of 5" and you really have to struggle. But the new stretch to 6"!

I like the softness, the container they come in was a cute idea. Lots of colors for the price. The stretch is what made me dial back the stars on the review. Most “large” scrunchies can go around my thick hair 3 times, but I couldn’t even get these around twice. So I would maybe label them regular scunchies.

THESE SCRUNCHIES ARE A GODSEND! 😍😍😍 I have always struggled with headaches after wearing teeny tiny scrunchies from Target or Walmart and they are WAYYY to overpriced. BUT THESE ARE AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! They fit around my wrist without any tightness, they slide off my hair like butter and no more headaches! And they provided a freakin case! I swear I have never written a review but these are just perfect. They are so stylish, amazing quality, and the most fair price ever! Please please please get these if you want jumbo scrunchies!

Definitely large scrunchies and super soft! Some scrunchies were a bit larger or stretched out than some but I don't mind. I have short thick hair and was able to tie my hair around twice. In the picture however, I placed it over my bun that was tied with a coil and it gave my bun extra support! I will say, if my hair was longer, because my hair is thick,it may be hard to tie around twice on its own. But overall they are worth it!
