I used these on a carrier that had those black clips. They were hard to remove or put back. The carrier also had sliding bones to take the top off or secure it on. I decided it'd be better to add these. I did drill holes with no problems and add these. The carrier seems more secure and if necessary I can remove the top.Please note it includes various sizes.

The package contained a variety of bolt lengths and nut shapes. A great replacement for the lost fasteners that came with my dog crate.
