Dr.Foot Height Increase Insoles, Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Lift Inserts for Leg Length Discrepancies

For a woman, it doesn’t bother me because I’m used to wearing heels but for my husband no he said he did not like the way it feels because it feels like he’s wearing high heels. (1inch heel) Get the small set for women shoe width and large fits a man’s shoe better. He said The 0.6 is comfortable without any noticeable discomfort the 1 inch we return it was too much and felt uncomfortable. Comes with a sticky side to help prevent sliding in the shoe.

Wish I had thought of these 3 years ago! Had a partial hip replacement, leaving 1 leg longer than the other. Recently had terrible back/hip pain. These inserts are really helping. They are comfortable and love that they stay in place, even in my Sketchers flip flops. Not even visible. Also, I’ve been able to switch them from 1 shoe to another pair with no problem. Best thing ever! Going to orthopedic surgeon to check hip and see if half inch is the right size insert. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a similar problem.update: Ordering a second pair as I got tired of switching them from 1 pair to another. I only use 1 per pair.A helpful hint: I wear them in flip flops and they stay in as I used Gorilla double sided tape to hold them in place. They can be removed when you don't want to wear the shoes anymore.....just pull off and remove tape. I have not had any problems with them coming off with this tape. I did have problelms with another brand of tape. I wear them all day with no problem. It's a life saver with the back pain from being uneven. The bottom of my feet are shot from being on them all day for years. I like that they are cushioned. Very comfortable. The dr. had me use some that were firmer. These are much easier on my feet. The pair that I bought 10 months ago are still good and have not broken down yet. All good!

So I bought this for my little one. I will say that you'll be able to tell your foot isn't all the way down if you're wearing low rise shoes. High tops make it look more natural. The height is true. It sticks well once applied. We'll see how long it'll last after using it . So we'll be back for an updated review.

Although this product appears to be well made it is not quite what I expected from the Amazon advertisement. It is too narrow (the ad said it was wide) and I constantly have the sensation that I am going to "roll" my ankle as my foot attempts to slide off to the side. It should be made wider and taper up to a shoulder on the edges, so as to keep the foot centered

These worked perfectly! My daughter walked almost 11 full hours in them and only needed a 15 min break from them. We put them in a high top shoe that was a size bigger than her normal size. She was able to go on everything she wanted to!! So happy we got these! It made our trip so much more fun!

They were coming apart after a day & half of use, I used them in my walking shoes I did a little shopping and then around the house and they were coming apart and looking worn out.

It absolutely good product. For height discrepancyMy son use it last one month . It is fitted with normal high ankle shoe. There is no problem arise now.

The quality of the gel material looks nice. Interesting design with all the beans inside. I bought it only because the AD says it is 0.6 inch in thickness, which is what is needed for a person with one leg shorter than the other. BUT, 0.6 inch is definitely not 0.6'', it is actually 0.5''. This product is absolutely over-priced for what it is. My overall conclusion: not worth buying at all.And, here are some lessons I learnt:Your body weight will certainly squash it down to almost nothing for 0.6'', yes, even for a skinny person with regular body shape. So, my calculation is: if you actually need 0.6'' in thickness, buy the 1 inch ones. When you actually use it inside your shoes, it will go down to about 0.5 to 0.6 inch in thickness.
