I have bought a Pencil of Dixon Ticonderoga.It is really the world ‘s best pencil.You feel it is so soft while you are writing.

Value for thr money going by brand!
It's called the best pencil in the world. We all know it's pure marketing . The quality of lead is soft as near to any #2 pencil , don't expect too dark marks . All well centred. Made in China does not detoriate quality as long as brand owners try to maintain it. Good point retention for writers.

Previously got a set of these pencils from the States and found them very good. After a couple of years using them for Sudoku, crosswords etc needed replacements and was delighted to find them on Amazon. What I liked about them was a good black soft lead and the erasers do not perish over time. Well worth the price.

I love these pencils! I work 17 years in our local school district as a substitute and a teacher assistant in the high school. During that time a concerted effort was taken to research the best pencils for note taking and testing. The Ticonderoga #2 pencil won out. The pencils have a high rate of ease in sharpening by crank and small hand sharpeners. The erasers are good quality. And the lead is dark with very little breaking. I bought these for 2 of my grandchildren because I know that neat notes and test answers are important for the student and the teacher. This is a pencil I would recommend to everyone.
