This is an amazing product. The 3 grades of smoothing roller are excellent and they don't hurt at all. If you stay in one place for a few seconds you may start to feel that spot getting warmer so keep it moving. You don't need to press very hard, but there is a shut off if you do. The battery lasts for ages... and I mean ages! It still has 5 bars showing. I've charged it once and used if for nearly 2 weeks, every other day, to slowly and gently buff the skin. You can buy replacement smoothing rollers too, which is great. All in all, I'd recommend this product. Great value for money, and really works well. (FYI: This is a genuine review from a genuine user.)

This is a phenomenal product. I can't believe how well it works. Just removes the hard skin off the bottom of your feet like you're dusting an old shelf! Two power speeds are both excellent, roller doesn't just glide over hard skin or come to a full stop. The power of the machine actually has a fair bit of grit to it and I am sure it may be able to handle just about anything. I have struggled with extensive hard/dry/cracked skin on my feet for YEARS AND YEARS. It was something my family picked on me for, for YEARS! I have always been so embarrassed and never worn certain types of shoes or felt comfortable being barefoot around anyone. OMG. I cannot get over how effective the rollers are (all 3 of them). I could actually be a foot model. (Not even remotely joking!) If (like I did) you have been reading all of the many positive reviews and are wondering cynically whether people have been gifted this product for free in return for positive reviews... you couldn't be more wrong. I paid the price, got it the next day and voila, feet are sanded down and I can actually feel the floor again. Take a chance and buy it. You too could have feet that are smoother than a baby's bottom!

I bought this after reading reviews and after years of battling with my awfully cracked feet. I was amazed at results when used often (twice to three times per week) and with a good foot cream. Sadly, just suddenly after 5 months it died on me, so ordered another which I have just received. The way I look at it is a pedicure costs way over the price you pay for one device that can keep your feet smooth and baby soft for a few months. I am sad some users have had the device give up way sooner than mine did, so maybe the supplier should look at this? I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the short life, but again, well worth it when it works! Despite this review, I am going to be ordering more for my sister and neice as they have cracked heels like myself. I hope they last the distance. A great product.

This is a fantastic foot file that has my husband's feet looking like new! He says he isn't sure they have ever been so soft before... And they definitely weren't soft to start with. It worked great on calluses and is easy to use. It shows you how much battery is left (and the battery seems to last a really long time). There are two speed settings and 3 different file heads so you can really choose how intense an experience you want! Because its waterproof you can run it under the tap to clean it. I looked at more expensive versions but I'm glad I chose this one.

I've had problems with calloused heels for many years. I've always used a regular foot file which would take some of the hard skin away, but the effects would only last a day or two. I have the multi-head shaver/grooming tool from this company and love it so thought it was worth a shot. So glad I gave it a try! The tool comes with 3 filing rolls of varying degrees. The handle is very sturdy and has two speed settings and a cleaning brush. Charging is very quick (less than 20 minutes for a full charge) and I could feel and see a difference immediately. I know in my case it'll take daily use for a while to undo years of hard skin build up but I've been using for 3 days now, just a quick 10 mins a day and I can actually feel my heels and the soles of my feet getting more sensitive as the layers of callous are removed. I'm so glad I bought this, the price is great and the quality is fantastic!

I am more than impressed with this product. My feet have been neglected for a while (I’m on them all day) and started to get sore due to build up of hard skin. I have had products in the past and although effective to some degree some hard skin always remained stubbornly! This product is amazing, was easy to use, battery life is good and it came fully charged which was a bonus in itself! It removed all hard skin easily, and has left my feet feeling smooth and pain free. Would highly recommend! Am amazed at how effective it was for the price.

I really like this foot file. It does the job really well. However the first one I bought the charger cable deteriorated and wouldn’t work and the second one lost it’s charge and stopped working after 10 months. I’m still going to buy another as when it’s working it great. Just remember that under the consumer rights act you are entitled to a repair or replacement or if not possible a part refund in an item is not of satisfactory quality even after 6 months so make sure you get this if you have similar problems. Amazon refunded me in full on both occasions.
