These keeps my Husband from getting up and having to pee a few times a night.Now it might be once a night.He has been taking Saw Palmetto for at least 7 years. Not always this brand, cause ithas "Magnesium Stearate in this, which does cause Cancer. I have read that in many articles.That is the reason for the 4 stars, or maybe it should be less!I try to buy our Vitamins with out it, but I guess I can't win all the time..These are not big capsules and there easy to take.The price is good.Btw , this is a picture of the old bottle.

So we're all different, but here's a list of what saw palmetto has done for me:Enlarged breasts - This happened very quickly for me, and I've read that it does this for some women but not for others. If you're afraid of this side effect, you can always stop using it and they should stop growing. That's what I did 13 years ago when I first tried saw palmetto.Reversal of vaginal atrophy - No idea of the cause, but I had my third baby 2 years ago and I do have hormonal imbalance.Improved lubrication - Before having boys, vaginal dryness was not a problem for me, despite being imbalanced even before them. I think the higher than normal testosterone levels involved with growing a baby boy just made matters worse for me and caused more symptoms of imbalance to appear.The brand I previously used was not NOW. I noticed changes in a few weeks with that one. I don't remember the brand, but it wasn't a popular one. I received this product 8 days ago and started taking it immediately. I'm only taking 2 capsules twice a day. I noticed changes within the first couple days. I believe the quality of this product is really good.

This is the best option for saw palmetto in my opinion because it's all-natural, vegan, and set at a good price. I really like that the capsules aren't gelatin, because I wouldn't be able to take them in that case! This is the easiest, most cost-effective way to take saw palmetto to block DHT/support hair health by far. I'll always repurchase this product.

My urologist explained to me that I have an enlarged prostate that was reducing urine flow. He had no solution at this stage, but suggested that I try saw palmetto to see if that would improve my urine flow. Well, how about that! After a month of using the saw palmetto, I greatly improved. Certainly not the flow of a teenager, but much better that I had been experiencing. I recommend anyone with a similar problem have a go at using this product. It might be just the ticket to get you by for a few more years, or even longer. It works for me and I take the pills daily. Big thumbs up for saw palmetto, and for a urologist who recognizes that sometimes some of these natural alternatives actually work, and work well.

I get all my supplements from NOW since it is a respectable lab with high standards and quality. But, I’m disappointed with these Saw Palmetto. They smell weird and have a bit of metallic taste. No other caplets I have had taste. I wonder if they are spoiled, but their date is ok and they look good. I have to leave the cap off to minimize the smell. Won’t buy them again, that is for sure.
