I broke my shoulder joint into 3 pieces and my humerus directly under the shoulder about 4 months ago and needed reconstructive surgery. I am more or less back to normal life now, but the I jurged arm has lost almost all muscle due to non-use and trauma. I am a server and go to the gym 5/7 days a week so I am constantly using the shoulder and it did not take much for it to become incredibly sore and stiff. The compression provides great relief and increases comforter when rest and doing daily tasks. I was hoping it would be a helpful tool while at the gym however it does limit range of motion pretty significantly, the way it straps makes it difficult to comfortably lift you arm in any given direction, but not impossible. You will lose the compression once the arm is lifted but it returns once the arm in brought back down which is still better than no compression at all. It has made bearing weight at torso level much easier as well which is great for work

This thing is a life saver I have 2 torn rotate cuffs . I used this every night rotating sides. Within a week I felt so much better. The pain stopped on both sides. This is well worth the cost. It worked great for me. It's well made and I'm a heavy person with big arms and it fit perfect with the adjustable strap. The longer strap holds you arm still and close to your body. I think this helped heal me faster. The ice pack that comes with it freezes fast. I would highly recommend this product. The very first night the pain was less but I stuck with it and used it everyday and it worked.

Overall, the brace was easy to wear and would feel fine for the first couple of hours, but eventually the material and abrasion led to irritation. Particularly around the armpit and side chest, my skin would flare up and be rough. The velcro itself will often scratch this area. It's not particularly sturdy in the sense that your shoulder is held in place, but that's because it offers flexible movement. I wore this with rotator cuff issues and was able to exercise with reduced pain, but the aftermath of my skin felt awful, so it's a trade-off.

Fits pretty well. I am 5 foot 11 inches tall and about 200 pounds. Lots of room for adjustment. Surprisingly easy to apply by myself.

Too big and doesn’t fit in order to do what it should . I was never able to return it

Works to keep my should in place. I am hypermobile and my should tends to sit forward pr out of socket. I even wear these to bed sometimes per my physical therapist. I even bought another one to wear on my left shoulder too since that one started to give me problems like my right one.

Had to clean out the Velcro three times in the first month. To get it to continue to stick. Second month I just stitched in better Velcro. Noticeable pain relief, I've also noticed that it helps me not overdo it because I feel the brace and I go hold on...

It is easy to slip on. Only two starps to handle to fix onto shoulder. The compression effects i noticed is due to the smaller sleeev that is above the larger primary sleeve. The two straps to adjust this secondary sleeve helps to allow the user to correct the desired compression pressure over the shoulder. I used it for 1 hour a day and already the shoulder pain due to ligament damage has been reduced by half for about half the day. So that's 50% of the original problem solved. I use this in-conjuction with the Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit sold in Amazon too and a massage gun. The injury is under control and hopefully can experience a degreee of permanent recovery.
