Great Buds for the price
I had to delete my last review. I thought they weren’t getting a sufficient charge. But after sitting on the phone with customer service I eventually realized it came with a little piece of yellow tape over the contact points. Removed those and BAM!, the red lights lit up on the ear buds. Got them charged up and now they are working perfectly. I use one bud at a time so that I can 1, hear, and 2, stretch out the battery life. I only wear them both when I’m locked in listening to music. And trust me if you have these things turned even half way up you’re not hearing anything around you. Can’t wait to use these on my next flight. Sorry Tre Lab for the bad initial review. These things Rock. Great value for the price.

Not the quality sound I have come to expect.UPDATATE
I have been using treblab J1 Bluetooth speakers for about a year and have been very impressed with the quality and superb sound. I would put them up against Bose earbuds. I like them so much that I didn’t hesitate when I recurved a special offer on the xGO wireless earbuds. The ease of not having the wire across the neck is nice but, the sound quality is just not what I have become spoiled with out of the J1 earbuds. I was really disappointed. If you are looking for the best sound quality, go with the J1 earbuds. You won’t be sorry.Update 11/25/19After submitting my review above, I was contacted by Treblab support. They suggested trying different ear tips. After trying that I got better sound quality but still not what I expected. Treblab then sent me a pair of xFit wireless earbuds and after trying different ear tips, I got the same outstanding quality of sound that I got with the J1’s. The volume level was not as high as the J1’s but, smaller unit, smaller battery, to be expected. Only drawback was that using the foam ear tips that I had for the J1’s, I found that they would not fit in the charging case so had to use the silicone tips. So, I stand with a three star rating on the xGo and, give the J1and the xFit a five star rating. Just understand the volume limitation on the xFit.I also give a five star rating on customer support. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This is a company you can count on!

I really want to like it but it turn out to be a disappointment
Update:The customer service from Treblab really deserve a 5 stars. I was contacted by Treblab and a pair of xFit was sent as a replacement. Although the earbuds were not perfect, but I was pleased with the level of customer service and the amount of pride Treblab team take in their products.FYI: If you have a left over memory form eartips from your old Treblab earbuds, definitely use it on the xGo and xFit. They are more comfortable than the other aftermarket form tips on Amazon (well, except for the expansive Comply tips).-------------------------------------------This is the 3rd Treblab products I have bought. I use the Treblab X5 a lot, but it's still feel a bit bulky when I run with it. So I was really excited about xGo. I really want to like it because how well it fit my ear. It was super comfortable to wear. It very easy to connect and turn the headphones on/off. However, it drops too much when you listen to certain music and it's unacceptable.I usually test any new pair of headphones I buy with different genre of music and different type of sounds to make sure it sounds good overall. Well, if you play any music with a slow intro or if there are rest notes between the melodies, the headphones start to freak out and goes in and out. Also whenever the headphones go out, there is a ringing sounds like a mosquito flying next to your ear.I was hoping this will be an improvement from the X5, but looks like it's not

Pairing signal phases in and out right from the start.
I went against my prior experience in buying this pair of wireless ear buds after the first pair of TREBLAB wireless ear buds failed to pair faithfully.Right out of the box, these failed to pair solidly. The signal coming and going, in and out of the right ear bud. Just like with the first pair. Sometimes at just 10 feet away from my notebook where the earbuds were paired, just turning my head one way or the other caused the signal to drop! This is the same experience I had with my first purchase of TREBLAB wireless earbuds. The only difference is this time is I wasn't willing to go back and forth with their support staff, trying to get the buds to work as they should. This time I did not even contact support because the earbuds I buy should work right out of the box without having to have support help you tweak the buds to work correctly...which in my experience never happened. If it is any consolation to TREBLAB, when the two buds were working in sync, the sound was rich and satisfying.EDIT: I cannot change my experiences with this and one other pair of ear buds. However I was given opportunity to review TREBLAB's Z2 Wireless Headphones. My experience thankfully was very different. Check it out on Z2's product page.

Best sound, comfortable, and fine charging features.
I've had several models of Treblab earbuds from wired to wireless. These by far are the best not only of Treblab products but of all the others I've had of the small earbud type. Appreciate the automatic on when putting in your ear and the automatic off when placed in the charger. When I first got them I thought the charger was faulty, contacted support and what fine help. Turned out I had not taken off the protective tape on the charging connections. Once solved I really like that the charger shows that each bud is charging and the amount of charge left in the charger itself. For the quality of sound, ease of use and cost; you can't beat the xGo!
