Sound Amplifier Rechargeable Personal Hearing Amplifier PSAP for Ears,Adult,3.5MM Stereo,Directional Microphone (Black)

My grandma has a hard time hearing especially when there is more than one visitor over. She often turned the TV all the way up and has even said that her hearing issues have caused her to be less social. I got to talking to her about hearing aids and she said they were too expensive and from what I have heard they do not always work very well (my dad has some he does not like). She mentioned a friend of hers had something like this product so I went on a hunt and found this. I was thrilled with the price so I snagged it right up. My grandma LOVES this thing. Every time I call her she thanks me for it. She now can watch TV without blasting it and can understand her "quite talking" daughters. This was a great gift that I was so happy to give her. She assures me it is easy to use, lasts on a charge for a long time and really really helps.

A stereo mic has two black bands, one for each channel, this mic has one, ear buds have two so it splits the sound to both ears but not true stereo. The ear buds seem large and hard to fit in the ear, sound with these earbuds is very tinney, cant adjust tone but volume is more than adequate. For me I am not sure its worth the money. Might increase quality with a better mic and ear buds

I purchased this and found it worked only intermittently, and only with the microphone extension cable, not when the microphone was connected directly to unit: a defective microphone jack. So I returned it for a replacement. The replacement has a workable microphone jack but the headphone jack only rarely makes contact! When it does work I see that the electronics work as advertised. Good electronics, but poor jacks! Not going to rish another one.

I ordered this for my husband so that he can listen to the TV. He usually has to have it turned up so high I can't stay in the room. With IROGER He could hear the television at a sound level I could tolerate so we're happy with that feature. He could also hear other things going on while watching tv such as my doing dishes in the next room and cars going by. So, the device did not filter out undesired sounds as well as we would like, but that did not seem to interfere with his television enjoyment. I liked that he could hear me from another room when I talked to him. That keeps me from having to walk from where I was to where he is to speak to him. The product is new, so I can't say whether the product will last a long time or not. It seems well made. The on/off button is rather small and a bit difficult for chubby fingers to turn. I'm happy that it has a rechargeable battery, but havent used it yet. This device is good for what I ordered it for, so I'm happy with it.

Solid product. I bought this for my 92 yo mother, who does not want to use a hearing aid. She did not like the in-ear buds, so I picked up some over-the-ear headset for her.I was able to have a normal conversation with her, no shouting, no stressing.Very good quality product - delivers as promised.

Although it does amplify sound it is very tinny and difficult to differentiate sounds in a noisy environment.

Definitely the best! Bought it for my 84 years old grandma. She has other hearing aids ( more expensive) however this one only gives her a truly clear sound. Thank you for this product.

I bought the product for my 94 year old mom. She would never wear hearing aids. I had hear use the sound amplifier and she could hear me clearly. I'm very pleased. The only problem is she doesn't seem to be able to turn it on or off. The knob is small and I don't know if she can't grip it tight enough or it's just to hard to turn because it is small. I'm still glad I bought the product.
