Very disappointed that after only a few uses that one of the bowls has cracked. I bought them in late 2024, I think December or late November, and now we are in March 2025. Tried to resolve through Amazon but they said it was out of their time and dismissed me. Tried to contact the supplier but they haven’t come back to me. I will be happy to remove this review if it’s replaced for me, as other than this I was happy. But they cost me a few hundred pounds and I’ve been extremely careful with them. So I’m really sad that this has happened. But they’re not fit for purpose if it’s cracked so soon, and should be replaced? 😕

I am in love with these singing bowls and I look forward to becoming an accomplished practitioner of sound bathing. The tone is pure, the design is simple and elegant, and the carrying cases are perfect. That said, as a spiritual vegan, I fundamentally reject the use of animal flesh: It is deeply troubling that there are suede-covered mallets included in the purchase (see photo) – I should have read the description more clearly. It would be nice if there were an opt-out for them, or better yet, a vegan version in its stead. I don’t believe one can have a true spiritual experience at the expense of, and mockery of, another one’s life. I will try to sell the suede mallets on ebay and attempt to clear that bad karma by donating the money to a sanctuary. I haven’t spent a lot of time with them yet, but right out of the box they provide a much more pleasant experience: the weight and dimensions are lovely, there seems to be a lot more control over the dynamics of the performance (you can easily play the bowl much softer and still easily achieve a booming resonance as desired), and, perhaps most importantly, the grinding/hissing sound that the suede mallets produce is nearly eliminated, leaving more of the pure tone to enjoy. On top of all that, they match the aesthetic of the bowls perfectly. I would recommend these crystal rods to any practitioner of crystal singing bowls.

These bowls arrived on time, & were well packed. They look stunning, & was pleased when I received two mallets & two wands with them, thank you hadn't realised they were included! I am absolutely blown away by their sound, each tone is beautiful & resonates well a& for a significant length of time... I personally would highly recommend this set to anyone unsure of taking a chance with these especially due to their very reasonable price...I feel the prices of most have been bumped right up due to peaking interest in singing bowls. so well done to the company for keeping it more real for the general public :-)
