Is this little girls or big girls? is xxl 14-16?

My 12 yr old daughter is almost 5’1” and 90 lb. The XXL fits her well. She does need to tie the draw string to fit the waist well. She loves these, got them in white and gray.

Kids 4-12. Size was smaller so go up a size when ordering. They are a good, comfortable material!
