Not good to -40°
The gloves are very comfortable and, for the price, some of the best winter gloves I've come across. However... I feel it is downright laughable and completely false to claim that these are good to -40°. Being in rural Alaska we reach temps around that quite regularly and I can only spend a few minutes outside with these gloves before my hands are numb. Will I buy them again? Yes. But if you *need* something that actually keeps your hands warm at temps near or exceeding -40°, these aren't it and, from experience, you're gonna need to look at products in the $80+ range if you want something reliable.

Very warm for not being super thick
For how thin thay are they are very warm. My hands go numb very easy and these gloves actually help keep my hands warm.

Touchscreen good, dexterity and warmth eh..
I bought these because I work in a -10 degree freezer, going in and out to get product multiple times a day. I have to pick up and move boxes, as well as pull product out of the boxes. I also need to be able to use a touchscreen work device to keep track of my work.I've worn these quite a bit now and I like the touchscreen sensitivity. It actually works well, even in a -10 degree freezer. However, because they are unisex in sizing, the unisex small doesn't fit my size small (in womens) hands. Therefore, there is extra material at the top, making it hard to pick product out of a box and do anything that requires dexterity...even if they fit, they are still quite thick and not great for dexterity. If I'm just moving boxes, they do decent..except sometimes the fact that they are too big makes it hard to grip a box at certain angles. Occasionally the extra material interferes with the touchscreen in terms of dexterity, but the sensitivity is still there.Warmth: they really only keep my fingers warm for 5-10 minutes or so.. then the cold starts creeping in. Doing inventory in the freezer for several hours? These definitely do not work for that. For quick trips in and out of the freezer, they are fine.Overall I wish I could have gotten these in women's small. I think I would have had a better experience. I also wish I could find a glove that keeps my fingers warmer longer.

Freezer work -20
Work in -20 pulling boxes and these work well, coworker bought some and his ripped in the fingers 2 weeks in but he may ware em harder than I.Don't need handwarmers for at least 2 hours, finger tips get a little cold but these have been best gloves found. I'll be buying them again when they ware out. Wish the grip was a bit more to the fingers

Best Blue collar winter glove so far.
I do underground plumbing in Michigan. During the winter months I am working outside all day, often negative temps and in wet conditions. These gloves have been the only gloves I’ve tried in 4 years of doing this work that not only survived the whole season work, but kept my hands warm and dry. At first I was disappointed because halfway through my day I thought water was starting to soak through but it turns out I had just never experienced my hands being warm enough in cold temps to start sweating.Definitely will be buying another pair. These gloves are awesome. They provide enough movement in the fingers to where I can still use channel locks, thread on nuts, etc. only pair of gloves that compare to mittens for warmth but still allow the use of fingers.
