this one really works
This product really works & I am extremely happy with it. The instructions for heating were very clear. The fabric has 2 distinct sides- one side is smooth & the other has a velvet like fabric that adheres well to other fabric. This allows it to "stick" where you put it. I use mine across the top of my knee-arthritis pain- it stays put & seems to work almost like it has moist heat. I do re-heat it about 3 times, because my knee needs to be scoped-but it does help make the pain go away. The outside fabric has velcro closure & can be cleaned.

Super soothing
It heats up evenly in the microwave, the scent is mild not overpowering. It’s super soft and cradles my head perfectly. I will lay in bed with this on and my neck stops hurting or my headache goes away and I will fall asleep in no time. I love this product

I have just used this wrap for 3 days & I like it. It’s a nice size & feels good to use after exercising. It helps relieve my neck of some tightness.

Love this--so helpful!
I am so glad I purchased this--I love it! I get migraines with related neck pain, and I'm often using heating pads. This is better because it can be placed more exactly on my aching neck/shoulders; the weight of it feels so good! I love that it can be heated in the microwave (times vary, but I've found about 45-50 seconds to work well). There is a light pleasant fragrance also. Highly recommended!

It feels comforting to the neck.
It drapes around the neck well; however, I have used it only a few times since I received it and the cover is coming apart at the seam. I know it's only the cover, but it shows a lack of quality.

Great neck heating pad!
This fits well around my neck. I started by heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then an additional 15 seconds and went up to an additional 15 seconds. (Everyone's microwave is different) It holds the heat nicely and smells great. I love that there's a removable cover!
